You don't seem to be using the correct host IP. You had asked in Discord on Nov 23rd for remote access, and that's not the IP you were given, so you may have pasted it in from outdated info. To check the IP for your server: Login > Plesk > Websites & Domains > [domain name] > and check at the bottom of the page. Please let us know if after changing the IP address you still have trouble.

For the Forum, you can bookmark the News section specifically, and check there in the first instance if you suspect an issue is not within your control: https://helionet.org/index/forum/1-news/ Another good page to bookmark is the Server Status Page here: https://status.heliohost.org/ which shows you at a glance if any servers are having issues, and if so, you can follow the reference number for the issue. (For example, you can see the ticket history of the recent fix here: https://status.heliohost.org/incident/880) If you have Discord, we have a 'Tommy Notifications' role enabled, as well as a News channel where updates (like server maintenance/repair/outages) are posted, so you'd get pinged there as soon as service announcements are made, as long as you turn those notifications on. Even if you don't have Discord, this page will show you the current conversations in the Discord Support channel: https://heliohost.org/chat/ While it's not the best place to check for news updates, there are usually a few people who refuse to read the news updates, who will ask things like "is the server down?" after a news post has been made to tell everyone the server is down. Sometimes, checking there may show you folks asking the same questions you have about something happening with your account, so it could give you an indication if there's a wider issue happening with the server. The page will also let you send messages to the support channel without needing a Discord account. Hope this helps! ?

High load happens very often with WordPress, even on a new site with no visitors, which is why we recommend not using WP. We do have a page with some ideas on how to reduce the load caused by your account if you have to stick with WP: https://wiki.helionet.org/misc/wordpress That page also has suggestions for different apps to use instead of WordPress that our users have reported work well. The static site ones have a much lower chance of account suspension, since they cause practically no load.

Since you only have the 1 domain on your account now, we have all the info we need to escalate the request. Once a root admin gives you WSGI Control Access, they'll update this thread to let you know. -
Yes, your IP has changed. Not because Tommy's IP changed but because you've been moved to the Morty server. ? If you didn't receive our emails, please make sure you have a valid contact email address listed on your profile inside Plesk. I'd also recommend you use the same email address on your forum account, since this is how we verify account owner identity to make domain changes or account resets that are requested on the forum. Since you've already found the new IP to use (inside Plesk > Websites & Domains > [domain name] > bottom of the page), please also make sure to use `morty.heliohost.org` as the server name.

Since you said you wouldn't be using the `radodimitrov13` domain anymore, I've removed it from your account. Each domain slows down the Apache restart times on the server a little bit, so if a domain won't be used, it's best to remove it from the account. Yes, you've done all you need to do beforehand in order to ask for an account on Lily. ? What will happen next is that our root admin Wolstech will set up your Lily account for you when he has a chance. He will update this thread, as well as message you with the login details, once he's set things up for you.
