It just means that Plesk was having trouble issuing an SSL certificate for your domain. If you get an email like this the first thing you should do is test your SSL certificate like this https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=dagriffpatchfanhosting.helioho.st As you can see the certificate is good for 87 days so you can ignore the email because it's obviously working fine.

[Solved] Can you please install this module?

Installed. You can see the current list of installed modules on Johnny's Python 3.12 at https://krydos2.heliohost.org/pyinfo/info3.12.py -

Python 3.10 doesn't exist on Johnny. Python 3.12 and Python 3.9 are available though. If you need Python 3.10 you would need to get a VPS https://heliohost.org/vps/ -

Apparently we hit our email sending limit last night sending out all of the Terms of Service update emails. Therefore quite a few emails failed to send. For instance, if you donated for a Tommy account you wouldn't receive the email to create the account. If you requested a password reset you wouldn't receive the email with the link. If your account was close to going inactive you wouldn't receive the warning email, etc. We have email working again now, so if you missed out on an email let us know and we can resend it. Also support@heliohost.org email address is offline right now so if you need support you'll need to use the helionet.org forum or Discord. We expect email support to start working again at the end of our 24 hour temporary ban.

We're updating our Terms of Service. Our Terms explain what you can expect from us when using our services, and what we expect from you as a user of our services. You can find the updated Terms at the following URL: https://wiki.helionet.org/hosting/terms From here on out, we will email all of our users each time we make changes to the Terms of Service to give them plenty of time to review the changes and opt out of the changes if they wish to. What is changing: * We have been using slightly different Terms of Service for our shared hosting and VPS hosting for the last 6 years, but now we've unified them to make things easier to understand. * We have never allowed cryptocurrency mining on any of our hosting plans, but now we've added that information to the Terms of Service to make it easier to find. * We've never allowed children below the age of 13 to use our services, but it is now simpler to locate. * We have expanded our restriction on modifying game content to include preventing normal operation as well. * In addition, we've clarified the risks you assume by using our service, that you agree to not hold us liable for damages resulting from our service not working properly, and that we don't guarantee availability or uptime. * We have also made some minor changes to phrasing for clarity. What this means for you: Our Terms have been updated to reflect these changes and go into effect on January 17th, 2025. If you agree to these Terms, no further action is needed, and you can continue using our services as you always have. By continuing to use our websites or the services you receive after that date, you agree to the updated Terms.

[Solved] Could not issue an SSL/TLS certificate
Krydos replied to kkaviani's topic in Escalated Requests
It has nothing to do with firewalls. Every time someone reports that installing SSL doesn't work, the first thing to check is if it is redirecting http to https. In order to install SSL your .well-known directory has to be served over http root@control [~]# curl -v http://qasemghazanfar.com/.well-known/acme-challenge/-eAJl4mmY19WxjELqbxnwWHKgYZHHfnygh96F-qfErQ * Trying 2001:470:1:1ee::2002:80... * Trying 65.19.154.90:80... * Connected to qasemghazanfar.com (65.19.154.90) port 80 (#0) > GET /.well-known/acme-challenge/-eAJl4mmY19WxjELqbxnwWHKgYZHHfnygh96F-qfErQ HTTP/1.1 > Host: qasemghazanfar.com > User-Agent: curl/7.76.1 > Accept: */* > * Mark bundle as not supporting multiuse < HTTP/1.1 301 Moved Permanently < Server: nginx < Date: Sun, 29 Dec 2024 07:04:23 GMT < Content-Type: text/html < Content-Length: 162 < Connection: keep-alive < Location: https://qasemghazanfar.com/.well-known/acme-challenge/-eAJl4mmY19WxjELqbxnwWHKgYZHHfnygh96F-qfErQ Since this domain is redirecting to https you can't install SSL. Once the .well-known directory is accessible over http it will work.- 6 replies

Thanks for reporting the bug. It should be fixed now. It isn't currently implemented, but we could add credit to your account manually.

[Solved] Separate account request for Recap Time Squad
Krydos replied to ajhalili2006's topic in Escalated Requests
Go ahead and pay with the virtual card and use a different email address than your personal account. Let us know if there are any errors during account creation. After the account is successfully created let us know the username in this thread so we can make sure that you don't get suspended for logging in to 2 accounts. -
Real website operators need to buy the Morty plan or VPS plan then. We have an "unreal" website operator who has been logging in every month to keep their account active since 2007 without ever donating a single cent and we're totally fine with it.

Can you connect to your remote storage now?

Tommy and Johnny also have a limit of 100 GB memory and 10k CPU usage each day. If your site will have a lot of traffic we recommend moving to Morty.

[Solved] Separate account request for Recap Time Squad
Krydos replied to ajhalili2006's topic in Escalated Requests
I'm fine with it too. Thanks for asking in advance. Does your non-profit have it's own PayPal account or will you be paying with the same PayPal account you used to create your Tommy account? -
What is the hostname or IP of the remote storage?
