Oh, thanks a lot for the help and for unsuspending my account.

It worked, I was able to login, but I still want my password changed just in case it was actually guessed or something.

It would be great if you could send me a password reset e-mail for this account so I'm sure no one's really getting in, and this account I'm posting from is the one I would like to keep. I have a question as well: the other account was on Tommy cPanel before but it got transferred to Johnny Plesk. As it is going to be deleted, can I go back to Tommy on this account later on when things are more stable or no?

First of all, I think i've maybe been hacked bc on my website's code there's nothing that even tries to send e-mails afaik, so maybe I was password guessed and someone abused of my account? Second of all, yes, I have two accounts but only one is used and I can explain why I have two accounts. Before Tommy was migrated to Plesk, the only way we could use our accounts was using FTP and it wasn't good. But Johnny already had sign ups open and Plesk working, so I made an account on Johnny while waiting for the other account to be migrated to Plesk. Eventually, the other account got migrated to Plesk but at that point I already had a lot of stuff on the other account, so the other account remaint active, but I barely logged in to it. I don't know if you can delete accounts so this is why it still existed.

Hello, I think my account was suspended incorrectly. Tried to access my website and suddenly got met with the Account Suspended page, and I did not do anything wrong. I didn't even get an e-mail from HelioHost telling me about anything related to the suspension. Can I please ask why I was suspended and if I can be unsuspended?

Hello. Someone has sent me a DMCA request through Cloudflare, and it got my account suspended. It turns out that the DMCA has NOTHING to do with my website because the original content provided by the DMCA requester was that I was infringing a "tv series" and my website did NOT include ANY series or movies at all, because it is not related to it. It also claimed that the website had piracy when it was just a virtual store that you couldn't even buy, download or do anything with it at all. It was just basic game information that included game picture and information. The website is for a fictional company me and my friends were working on but it is not a real company. Could you please unsuspend my account so I can remove the contents of the DMCA even though I don't think it has anything to do with my website? I could also add information telling about that any of the games there are NOT for sale and that the company is fictional and the website should not be taken seriously.
