Both ns1 and ns2 are reporting the same information now and hprobotics.co.cc is working now.

White actually (usually) means that the server monitor itself was down.

It's not completely taken care of if you look at my dig above. ns1.heliohost.org is still returning the ip of his old johnny account.

The DNS sync didn't seem to correct it either, and since cody is the nameserver that is correct at the moment, and stevie is the one that is wrong I suspect the incorrect information will overwrite the correct eventually. You're going to have to be a little more specific. What server are you on? What is your username? What is the domain that isn't working? When did you park it? When did you set the nameservers? Is the problem still occuring? Anything else that might help us troubleshoot this issue?

There is no record for hprobotics.co.cc on either stevie or cody. There is this though zone "maths222.heliohost.org" { type master; file "/var/named/maths222.heliohost.org.db"; }; Dig for hprobotics.co.cc on ns1 shows the old johnny ip address still, and ns2 has nothing or just corrupted information. Ok, I've got it half fixed now. hprobotics.co.cc shows up right in ns2, but the old johnny ip is still coming from ns1. Sync should fix this now completely.

Were you trying to create your stevie account when stevie was down a few days ago, because I removed your account creation lock out on the 24th and a few hours later stevie went down and stayed down for a few days. While he was experiencing his extended downtime I set the new stevie accounts per day to zero, and then after he was back up and stable his accounts per day was turned back on. The email shouldn't be making the difference.

Why not upload the template through ftp?

Well, the differences between what you posted and johnny/stevie info that is known to work is the path to sendmail. Can you get mail() function to work at all with the simplest possible code like xaav posted?

It sounds to me like whatever host you have this code on doesn't have php mail() enabled. Maybe take a look at phpinfo()?

I hadn't seen this post yet when I suspended the other account but this account is now suspended too. However, the .com that you listed is currently being hosted on another site if you want to alert that hosting company too.

The account in question has been suspended. I also found another related site that appeared to be a phishing site for a hotel that I have also suspended.

Seriously. One random theory that I think is fun to ponder is: What if all human minds are linked telepathically at a subconscious level that we aren't aware of, and each human mind is basically a synapse in the "mind" of "god"? Most of the time all us silly worker bees are just buzzing around thinking only of ourselves or essentially random things so the thoughts of this hive god would basically be like watching static on a tv, just randomness. However every once in a while if enough people pray for the same thing, or enough adrenaline induced focus forces that randomness to one clear intention. Maybe on the rare occasion that that single minded focus resolves something magical or a miracle can occur. Maybe Moses and his bros when confronted with death on one side and an ocean on the other actually all joined their minds together to part the sea? Maybe the reason miracles and craziness like that doesn't occur anymore is because disbelief and cynicism prevent the hive mind from resolving on a single image to make happen? Fun stuff to think about anyway.

cPanel always creates subdomains when you create an addon domain. You can't delete the subdomains until after you delete the addon domain.
