Sure, here you go: /home1/ethanh/files/docx/test.docx /home1/ethanh/backups/backup-201206011815.zip I'm guessing the second one is the same file archived.

It's been over 16 hours of your 24 hour period and this issue still hasn't been taken care of. Here is a hint: /home/softvall/public_html/modules/mod_jsn_imageshow_pro/mod_jsn_imageshow_pro.php Failure to delete this file, or replace it with a clean version in the next 8 hours will result in your account being resuspended.

As you might have expected, that Helionet username has already been used.

Do you recognize this domain http://arash.heliohost.org/ ?

First of all there are more ways to have high load than just that one server load number. For instance during a DDoS attack that number would actually be very low, but page requests to the server would take a very long time to return data or they would time out completely. The latter is the type of load that this particular account was suspended for. I'm not in the business of analyzing 20,000 accounts worth of scripts so I have no idea what's wrong with this specific script, but from the point of view of keeping the server functional for everyone it looks like this account opens connections to the server until it hits the maximum and then start showing 500 errors since it can't open anymore, and never closes any of the connections. As long as there are still plenty of available connections none of the other accounts on the server are affected by this, but as soon as all of the rest of the connections are also in use and this account has had the maximum number of connections open for several days or whatever then the response time starts to rise and the account is suspended to free up those connections. Hopefully that helps you understand why your account was suspended, why you're seeing 500 errors, and how to fix it all.

You currently have 0 running processes so it looks like it took care of itself. Generally php is pretty good at killing infinite loops and other broken scripts on its own. I also checked your load levels and your account is nowhere near getting suspended. Despite what our suspended sub forum would indicate its actually pretty tough for legitimate websites to get suspended for high load.

Your account has been manually unsuspended. If you still see the suspended page then you should try clearing your browsers cache. -- Please spare a few minutes to take our brief survey: http://feedback.heliohost.org/ Your participation in this survey is greatly appreciated.

Change your MySQL host from 'birdscout-italy.heliohost.org' to 'localhost' and it should work. Let us know if you're still having problems connecting.
-
Your account was created 7 hours ago. From the time of account creation it can take up to 24 hours before your domain begins to work.
-
Your account is showing up as clean now. Thank you for taking care of this.

The main domain script doesn't work if the domain is already added as a parked or addon domain. You must first delete the domain you want to be your main domain and when it doesn't show up in cPanel anymore then change your main domain and it will work as expected.

That's why we ask these questions instead of just opening all of the ports. A port to use has been PMed to you.
-
Can you change the port on the server then?
-
I find that hard to believe if they don't even support php 5.3+ but ok.
-
Unfortunately, I can't From amxbans.cfg It sure looks to me like you can specify the port.
-
To elaborate he means contact the people who write that software and ask them to update their software, or if they have an unreleased or newer version that will work on a modern web hosting system.
-
Since you bought a dedicated IP cPanel is trying to automatically log you in using ssl when you visit that url. Since Heliohost signs our own certificates for ssl to reduce costs to provide you the best free hosting your browser is going to give an error warning you about it. You can either accept the self signed certificate, or you can just log in how we recommend through http://heliohost.org/
-
It's not possible then because in order to listen on some random port like that would require some sort of executable to be running on that port or an existing service would have to listen on additional ports.
-
Inbound or outbound? Tcp, udp, or both?
-
Try adding your addon domain now.
-
Are you able to change the ports it uses to something else in the configuration?

[Solved] Unexpected Database Error - Mysql Backup Issue
Krydos replied to K_Rivers's topic in Customer Service
Thank you for reporting this issue. You can be assured that we will be watching for anything like this to happen again, and any cause that might lead to database backups failing. If it happens again or if you find a way to reproduce the error please don't hesitate to let us know. I'm glad you were able to restore your databases with a minimum of data loss. It really does sound like you did everything right except verifying that the database backups were complete. -
[Solved] Unexpected Database Error - Mysql Backup Issue

You're the first one that I can remember to report an issue like this happening in the last 3-4 years that i have been active on the forums of the 20,000 or so accounts so it must not be very common.
