  1. Your site does not appear to be queued. If you're still seeing the queued message try clearing your browser cache http://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_your_cache
  2. Heh, and this screwdriver that I have here only works on red cars.
  3. Don't have a clue what OS you're using, what version of tomcat/apache you're using, or any other crucial details, but here is a link to Tomcat documentation. Perhaps the answer you are seeking is located somewhere on that page? http://tomcat.apache.org/tomcat-7.0-doc/setup.html
  4. I've been very tempted to do just this several times in the past. It sounds like fun.
  5. It makes sense too because at the moment HelioHost is the only web host that occupies this particular niche. I understand that a lot of people love it here and wish they could upgrade as their site grows and stick with us out of loyalty. However, there are literally hundreds of thousands of hosts that offer paid options, hundreds of free hosts that offer severely limited features or are downright scams, but HelioHost is the only free host that actually delivers what it promises without any weird games or catches.
  6. I'm beginning to suspect that ns2.heliohost.org is occasionally messed up, and your issues might be related to http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=9876 A related thread has been escalated to djbob and he might be able to determine if this is a nameserver issue.
  7. You probably just need to clear your browser cache http://wiki.heliohost.org/wiki/Clear_your_cache because the page loads fine for me.
  8. I can see it fine too. I'm beginning to wonder if these sporadic sites work fine, sites can't be found, then sites work fine again issues are all because ns2.heliohost.org is having problems? This might be related: http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=9876
  9. It looks like the account creation script on Johnny is broken again. Someone with ssh access can start it again when they get a chance. There are 310+ accounts on johnny waiting to be created the oldest of which was registered on the 20th; four days ago. @mtlive Your account should be created very shortly after the script gets restarted. Thanks for pointing this out. This support request is being escalated to our root admin. (I know plenty of admins other than djbob can fix this, but in case he's the first to check. Feel free to deescalate it if you fix it first.)
  10. When I got my iPhone I just grabbed it and was like, "Ooooh, it's only got two buttons. Hmmm" So I pressed the first one to see what it would do. "Oh, ok." Then I pressed the other to see what it would do. "Hmm, neat." Then a deviously maniacal grin spread across my face -- perhaps similar to Richard D. James -- and I asked myself, "What would happen if I pressed both at once?!" Anyways...
  11. That's great news! I always cringe when things get deleted permanently. Nope, it's all 100% gone with no hope of recovery. Thanks from all of us. We do. One week before your account gets permanently deleted you get an email and your site changes to the suspension message. Perhaps your email provider sent the warning email to the junk box? Also some email providers have been known to delete heliohost emails without even putting them in the junk mail box. I have had good luck with my hotmail account but other users have reported this.
  12. Splitting topics... I am also seeing the cannot find webpage when I try to view the webpage, but all the records look good, and the database looks good, and other stevie accounts I have checked seem to be loading fine. Is it just me and milktogo who can't see the site?
  13. Your site is displaying a lot of question marks and a php error to me. The account is all set up properly and the server end of it all seems to be functioning properly. You just need to fix your code. As far as you not being able to see it yet, that could be DNS propagation. Since it hasn't even been 48 hours it could just be that your friend and myself have the update, but your DNS server doesn't know about it yet. It could also be your ISP caching, but that seems less likely. Try viewing your site through a free proxy, and that way you should be able to see it enough to begin fixing the code.
  14. Your account has been manually unsuspended. If you still see the suspended page then you should try clearing your browsers cache. Let us know if you still can't log in to cPanel; if you can't we can reset your password for you. http://wiki.heliohost.org/wiki/Clear_your_cache -- Please spare a few minutes to take our brief survey: http://feedback.heliohost.org/ Your participation in this survey is greatly appreciated.
  15. You can press both buttons to take a screenshot.
  16. Glad your problem got solved! Please spare a few minutes to take our brief survey: http://feedback.heliohost.org/ Your participation in this survey is greatly appreciated.

  18. Your password has been reset and I PM'd you the new password. Be sure to change it once you log in.
  19. Your site has been manually unsuspended. If you still see the suspension message make sure you clear your browser cache http://wiki.heliohost.org/wiki/Clear_your_cache
  20. How would cPanel affect old php code that uses deprecated functions?
  21. You're welcome. I've had my Hotmail account since like 1997 or something so I've learned to work around all of its design flaws. I don't think my gmail has ever gotten anything in the wrong folder.
  22. It's probably just some minor bug with cPanel. I checked my account and all my databases show up as 0mb too, but they still container all their data and still work just fine.
  23. Instructions on how to move your account is available on the wiki: http://wiki.heliohost.org/wiki/Moving_your_account Once you get your account created on Johnny you will need to request java to be activated in this forum: http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showforum=74
  24. As of the time of this post your account 'pjvleeuw' is fully deleted. Feel free to create a new accont, but make sure you click Johnny this time. http://www.heliohost.org/home/signup/johnny Also signups are currently available on both servers which you can monitor with this tool http://heliohost.uni.cc/sign-up.php The reason it says 'several weeks' is because sometimes it does take that long. It all depends on how many accounts are in the deletion queue, etc.
