Make sure to whitelist emails from no‑reply@heliohost.org and check your spam folder. **************** Unfortunately, I got no mail. I checked the in-box as well as the spam folder. Can you please manually send me the link to download the backup files? Hello, I have created a python script which should be regularly executed at 01:00 AM. Unfortunately, the job is executed or finished at 10:00 AM (I get the notification about executing at this time). The python script only downloads a file from an other site and stores it on heliohost. Does it take so much time to download the file or why is there a delay in execution of cron jobs? Hello HelioNet Team, my account was suspended. I do not know why. I have configured only one python script which should run daily. This python script downloads one pdf-file which is at maximum 10 MB.
