  1. Yes, your username shows up as being in all lowercase. The brute force protection should go away after some time. Just don't keep trying random passwords. It's possible you used some characters that were escaped out and removed. I would recommend using the password reset box by typing your username 'ndd' into the password reset box here http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/login/
  2. If you want to start working on your site before it is visible you can log into cPanel at the bottom of http://heliohost.org

    That's pretty amazing really.
  4. Glad your problem got solved! Please spare a few minutes to take our brief survey: http://feedback.heliohost.org/ Your participation in this survey is greatly appreciated.
  5. It's nice to see so much frustration resolved.
  6. Alright, it looks like the script just finished successfully. Johnny seems to be loading pages rather slowly right now, but I was able to see all the johnny accounts that I tried loading. If you're still seeing the queued message don't forget to clear your cache.
  7. Please Clear your cache.
  8. Ok, johnny is running rather slow right now but I just got your website to load up. If you're still seeing the queued message don't forgot to
  9. There are no accounts in the system with either of those usernames, but I did not delete jake1234. Make sure you have the right username and make sure you can't log into cPanel or anything. If it all seems to be deleted and gone feel free to go ahead with your account creation. One last bit of advice: I would recommend using one of our heliohost.org domains as you main domain such as jgirard8.heliohost.org because sometimes it takes 24 hours for all the remnants to get flushed out. You can then add your .com back as a parked domain once your account is created and functional. Doing it this way will just give us an extra layer of troubleshooting in case you have any further issues.
  10. Actually, this issue has been identified and we are working on a solution to this problem. See http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?s=...ost&p=72172
  11. I thought you had already re-signed up? If you already have a new account that will cause problems if you create another new account. Do you want me to delete this temp account too?
  12. Your account was listed as suspended not as inactive so it was never going to delete on it's own. Plus sections of the database had been manually edited or corrupted so I just went ahead with manually deleting the old account for you. Waiting for the deletion to finish... Ok, the account is deleted now.
  13. Just noticed that all the accounts on johnny are showing up as queued. Running the script to fix this. (Just posting this to let any other admins that might be around that it is already being fixed.)

  17. Yes, that is what that means. I just checked and there are no 500 errors showing up right now on your site, and there are zero processes running for your username. Usually when you hit the process cap you just need to wait a few minutes for it to fix itself, but sometimes processes get stuck running for days(weeks/months) and that is when an administrator needs to kill them for you. Based on that it looks like either huricane electric was having internal issues or the server that your account is on was having high load at the time that you ran that trace route. By the way, you named this thread 'stevie timeout' but your account is actually on johnny. Keep that in mind when looking at the server monitor etc.

  19. Split and moved. Have you tried all the methods of logging into cPanel listed in the wiki article? http://wiki.helionet.org/How_to_access_cPanel
  20. Have you tried all the suggestions for uploading files listed in this wiki? http://wiki.helionet.org/Uploading_files_to_your_site
  21. My bad, I should have checked johnny too. I had only seen reports of stevie not working so that is all I checked earlier.
