For the last several hours all accounts located on the stevie server have been showing up as queued. I just started the script to fix this and it should all be back to normal soon. Thanks for your patience during this process. [uPDATE]: The script to fix the queued accounts has successfully completed and fixed the problem. If you still see your site as queued please don't forget to clear your browser cache.

Good to know. Yeah, I can double check them and fix them. Also, the script output said it was sending an email to you, so if you want to check your gmail account it would have been sent on Sept 13 ~2pm PDT. Ok, the state for rbrelief, kitsune, and vykatk shows as active and they are in fact active. I'm fairly sure those are the only three I ran the script on. Sorry for using the wrong script.

I think Xaav might have been concerned that you're fairly close to breaking the TOS:
-
Maybe you should consider entering a valid email next time you sign up... Oh, I just read that to mean that he wasn't receiving the automatic emails from the system, or they were disappearing into the junk folder. Who knows. @helionet_user, if xaav is guessing correctly and you entered a false email feel free to post or pm me a legitimate email address and I can change it in the system allowing you to reset the password and access your account.

You account has been unsuspended. Your account has been unsuspended. Your account has been unsuspended.

For future reference, when the ACP stopped working I began using the /scripts directory, such as, sudo /scripts/unsuspendacct <username> That would do the same thing as using the ACP, but it wasn't blocked because the command wasn't being issued from the ACP? It worked on a couple accounts perfectly, but I stopped using it when one suspended account's wordpress installation broke. http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?s=...ost&p=71050 Was that a coincidence or something, or should it behave exactly the same as the ACP?

You password has been manually reset and emailed to the email address that you used to create your account. Look for the subject line "Heliohost Password Reset".

How did you buy the domain brianmwatson.com? Whatever website registered the domain for you (such as godaddy, or enom or whatever), you just need to log in to their website with the account that you purchased the domain with and set the nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. If you're having trouble doing this you need to ask the website that registered the domain how to do this because we can't do it for you.
-
Did you check your email account that you signed up with because that is where your new password is mailed to.
-
Ahh, yes. Since I originally posted both servers are full for the day now. As of the time of this post the signup limit will reset in 13 hours and 30 mnutes or midnight PDT. Try creating an account after that time. I suggest stevie server if all you're going to use is html and images etc like it sounds like you're describing.
-
Well, have you created a hosting account yet? http://www.heliohost.org/home/signup Stevie signups are still available for today, but johnny is full. You can use this tool to see if you can signup. http://heliohost.uni.cc/sign-up.php By the way, congratulations on being helionet user #25,000.

Balaji Plus Cloud Antivirus ~ Fake
Krydos replied to PenTester's topic in Technology and the Internet
Does it slow your computer down 32 times more than a regular antivirus program? I have this vision of the future where computers are thousands of times faster than they are now, but they spend 99% of their load on blocking and preventing viruses and preventing ads etc thereby making the actual usable speed of the computer even slower than computers of today. I haven't used an antivirus program in probably 15 years. All my cpu time is belong to me. -
Heh, I almost said something about that too, but I just figured it'd be easier to add it to my adblocker.
-
Which is what I said...
-
There is no account in the database with that username. When did you create your account?
-
I believe that number on the server load is based on the last 15 minutes of load, and the image itself is cached for 5 minutes to help reduce server load. Xaav would probably know for sure since he was the last one to modify it.
-
Try changing your A record from to I think you lost the last two digits.
-
Have you: logged into cPanellocated the "Mail" headerclicked "email accounts"located the email account you wish to useclicked the "more" dropdownselected "configure email client"clicked one of the autoconfigure linksor confirmed that the manual settings at the bottom of the page are what you're using? Also it would be a useful troubleshooting step to try horde or squirrelmail (browser mail clients) to make sure your email is working the way you want it to.

When we reset passwords this is exactly what we do is generate a random sequence. Why not just use this link http://johnny.heliohost.org:2082/ and use the "forgot your password" portion?
-
You cannot upload anything to our servers through anonymous ftp. That is by design for security reasons.
-
In cPanel under the advanced header look for index manager. I think this is what you're looking for. There are three options really: Standard, Fancy, and No Indexing. The default is Standard.

Your captcha for domain registration does not appear.

Perhaps try disabling any adblockers, or try using another browser? -
Since the stevie server wide queued issue has been resolved, closing...
-
Part of your account being suspended is all your passwords are scrambled so you cannot log in, and since the tool to unsuspend accounts is currently broken we still cannot restore suspended accounts back to normal. Still waiting for djbob to see if he can fix this issue.
