[SOLVED] Password reset e-mail not being sent?
Krydos replied to camper523's topic in Customer Service
Glad your problem got solved! Please spare a few minutes to take our brief survey: http://feedback.heliohost.org/ Your participation in this survey is greatly appreciated. -
Maybe there is some firewall or something else preventing your logins. You could try some of the suggestions on this page http://wiki.helionet.org/How_to_access_cPanel and see if any of the alternate cPanel logins work for you.

[SOLVED] Password reset e-mail not being sent?
Krydos replied to camper523's topic in Customer Service
Your password has been reset and a new password has been emailed to the email account that you used to create the cPanel account. -
Your account has been manually unsuspended. If you still see the suspended page then you should try clearing your browsers cache. http://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_your_cache -- Please spare a few minutes to take our brief survey: http://feedback.heliohost.org/ Your participation in this survey is greatly appreciated.

I checked your processes within minutes of you posting this message and you still had zero processes running, so I suspect you don't have filezilla set up correctly. Log into cPanellocate "Files" headerclick "FTP Accounts"locate "Special FTP Accounts" headerlocate "teo01234" ftp account within this headerclick "Configure FTP Client" link on this accountverify manual settings ORuse filezilla auto configuration file settings I recommend using SFTP because it's more secure. Let us know if this helps.

As of right now you have exactly zero processes running. If you were to connect with filezilla and start downloading right now it should work perfectly. However, if you were to open cPanel file manager, a cron, check your mail, load a couple pages on your site and then try to download you would probably hit your process limit and have issues with one or all of above. Also make sure stevie's load is low for best performance.
-
Log into cPanel, find the header Files, locate and click the Backup button, create a full backup or partial backup of the portions of the site you need, download the created file.

I know it doesn't really fix your softaculous, but you could just go to the joomla website and download it. Then upload the install through ftp and run the joomla installation script.

[Solved] Why has Stevie's load been so high lately?
Krydos replied to Nathan Johnson's topic in Escalated Requests
That's why this thread is in the escalated requests forum because we are checking the problem and taking necessary actions to correct the problem. -
When did you add the subdomain? Are you on stevie server? What is your cpanel username? It's kind of difficult to troubleshoot anything without any information. I'm assuming you're on stevie server which has been having unusually high load lately.
-
Set the nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org through your registrars website and add the .com as a parked domain through cPanel.
-
That domain does not appear to be registered. source: http://wiki.helionet.org/What_Heliohost_Is_Not If you don't wish to pay for that .com domain you could also switch to a free <username>.heliohost.org domain using this tool http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/domain and add as many parked domains as you wish in the future.

Ok, so what are we even talking about? You mention 503 service unavailable error and not being able to log into cPanel. Then you say you can actually log into cPanel, and I can log into cPanel on johnny just fine too. When I open your website I see a giant red NOTHING in the middle of the browser so no 503 error there either. Is there a particular page that is giving you problems or what exactly are we supposed to be helping you with?
-
The page is loading... sort of. It says there is a database error, but it isn't showing the suspended page so maybe you should clear your cache and then fix the database error?

[Solved] Why has Stevie's load been so high lately?
Krydos replied to Nathan Johnson's topic in Escalated Requests
(Deleted the duplicate post.) I've also noticed that stevie has been rather loady lately, and I looked at the processes too and I couldn't see any particular user abusing the system either. (Merged similar topic.) -
I just tested the cPanel file manager and the legacy file manager on stevie (since that's the server you're located on) using the google chrome browser (since that's the browser) you're using and I came to the conclusion that.... ..... ...they both worked perfectly. Don't know man. Maybe try some of the alternation uploading methods outlined here http://wiki.helionet.org/Uploading_files_to_your_site My personal preference is secure ftp through a nice ftp client.

Are they listed under addon domains or sub domains? All you showed in your picture was parked domains.
