  1. The server your account is located on (Stevie) is back online and fully functional. Your account seems to be active, and your webpage seems to be loading fine for me.
  2. Stevie is back online and fully functional now. Are you still having this problem?
  3. cPanel is once again functional. Closing...

  6. Glad your problem got solved! Please spare a few minutes to take our brief survey: http://feedback.heliohost.org/ Your participation in this survey is greatly appreciated.
  7. Yes, cPanel on Stevie is working again and is licensed. --- By the way, 400 posts! Yay!
  8. http, ftp, and cPanel are all working for me so it seems any issue has resolved itself since you posted this. When the load is this high services can be rather flaky. It seems to me that mysql tends to suffer the most from high server loads.
  9. http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=10192 from the news forum, and it's been all over twitter all day. Stevie should be done upgrading soon.
  10. Also when you are on these forums you can look at the server load graphics in the top right. Johnny has finished his upgrades and should be stable (as he ever is) again, and that is reflected in his fairly low load number. While stevie is still grinding away and (as I write this message) his load is ~50 which is very very high. Once these numbers return to around 10 the servers should be performing much better.
  11. Um, don't know exactly what you're trying to ask, but mysql has been having some issues today because we are in the process of a software upgrade. After the upgrade is finished the usual stability should return and database errors should go away.
  12. I used to like google.
  13. MySQL is currently having some issues server wide. Take a look at the news post http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=10192 Thanks for your patience as we work as quickly as possible to resolve these issues.
  14. You can use http://wiki.helionet.org/Changing_your_main_domain to change your main domain. EDIT: Beat me by a matter of seconds!
  15. Maybe a better explanation of "you are no more special than anyone else" would be: There are currently over 20,000 accounts on Heliohost total and 5-7ish active admins. We create scripts and tools for users to help themselves because if each of the users asked for special treatment from an admin that would mean each admin would have to personally transfer ~4000 accounts. We're not paid for the work we do; we're just volunteers. We're not trying to be rude; it's just unreasonable to expect us to put in that much effort when it is something that you can easily use the provided tools to accomplish. That said, feel free to create your new account on stevie at 12:00am PDT tonight. You can monitor when you can sign up by using this tool: http://heliohost.uni.cc/sign-up.php You won't get the error this time. I may be wrong, but I don't think that meldibo has even logged on since he made that post let alone created another account.
  16. The instructions for moving your account from one server (johnny) to another (stevie) can be found here http://wiki.helionet.org/Moving_your_account I'm guessing the reason you cannot create your new account is because your old account has not been deleted yet.

    HelioPanel Beta

Thank you for helping to beta test this software and for finding this bug.
  18. I just suspended my account to test the message and it still shows the old message not the new ones you linked.
  19. http://wiki.helionet.org/Parked,_Add...ins#Sub_Domains
  20. Yeah, I know what Cloudflare is. Like Geof said apache doesn't know which page to display when all it gets a request for direct.965mods.co.uk and has no record for it so it just displays queued. After you add the sub domain it will take ~24 hours for the queued message to go away. You may have missed it because it's so giant and so red at the top of the screen but The reason it makes a difference is because if you want to receive the best support to fix your problem you need to explain things as accurately as possible. The point of communication is for others to understand what you are trying to say. Intentional typos and misspellings just make it harder for anyone to understand what you're trying to say. By the way, I would consider each lowercase "i" an intentional typo, as well as each word that needs an apostrophe such as "doesnt". Try counting again.
  21. http://965mods.co.uk/ loads fine for me, perhaps try clearing your cache? Thanks to Piotr GRD for pointing out that I misread your post. I guess all the typos made my eyes go into skim mode instead of reading it thoroughly enough. Yes, it appears http://direct.965mods.co.uk is displaying as queued. When did you add this subdomain to cPanel?
  22. Yeah, I saw that todo list, but I never googled what upcp was or thought about too hard apparently.
  23. This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
  24. Good question. I'm wondering the answer too, or if there are any conflicts preventing us from upgrading. We currently use cPanel v11.28.83 cPanel 11.30 was released as stable on July-13-2011.
  25. I'm pretty sure there are two physical name servers. One is on stevie and one is on cody, which are different physical machines. Isn't that what you are saying, or do you mean one should be located somewhere else in the world instead of both being in the same datacenter?
