Has your viking.era.ee domain ever shown anything other than queued? For instance, did it start working a couple days after you created your account and then went back to showing queued again? I'm wondering if maybe <name>.era.ee service isn't compatible with our hosting because the tools I have checked don't seem to be showing me what the nameservers are set to. @vikinger, It looks like you may have typed our nameserver information into the A record box instead of the nameserver box. I'm not familiar with era.ee but see if you can find nameserver boxes and type in ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org If you set the nameservers correctly this tool should show ns1 and ns2 instead of a blank page http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/php/tools...a.ee&rec=NS -
In case anyone was following this thread regarding their ability to receive and send email through their account on stevie, someone cleared up a small (300mb) of space on /var so emails can be sent and received at this time, but if this free space gets to 0 again mail will stop functioning again. When did you change your main domain to the .ee one? Was that your domain when you created your account on Oct 02, or did you use the script to change your main domain recently? If the latter you have to wait ~24 hours for the queued message to go away. -
Yes, that account appears to be deleted. Feel free to create a new account http://www.heliohost.org/home/signup and restore the latest backup of your old site that we recommend you always keep in our TOS. Remember to log on to cPanel at least once every 30 days to keep your account from being automatically deleted.

Yes, your username shows up as being in all lowercase. The brute force protection should go away after some time. Just don't keep trying random passwords. It's possible you used some characters that were escaped out and removed. I would recommend using the password reset box by typing your username 'ndd' into the password reset box here http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/login/

Alright, it looks like the script just finished successfully. Johnny seems to be loading pages rather slowly right now, but I was able to see all the johnny accounts that I tried loading. If you're still seeing the queued message don't forget to clear your cache.

There are no accounts in the system with either of those usernames, but I did not delete jake1234. Make sure you have the right username and make sure you can't log into cPanel or anything. If it all seems to be deleted and gone feel free to go ahead with your account creation. One last bit of advice: I would recommend using one of our heliohost.org domains as you main domain such as jgirard8.heliohost.org because sometimes it takes 24 hours for all the remnants to get flushed out. You can then add your .com back as a parked domain once your account is created and functional. Doing it this way will just give us an extra layer of troubleshooting in case you have any further issues.

I thought you had already re-signed up? If you already have a new account that will cause problems if you create another new account. Do you want me to delete this temp account too?

Your account was listed as suspended not as inactive so it was never going to delete on it's own. Plus sections of the database had been manually edited or corrupted so I just went ahead with manually deleting the old account for you. Waiting for the deletion to finish... Ok, the account is deleted now.

Just noticed that all the accounts on johnny are showing up as queued. Running the script to fix this. (Just posting this to let any other admins that might be around that it is already being fixed.)
