  1. Yeah, me too for the most part. If we write a Linux port of the program we'll let you know, but for now it's Windows only because we figured that would get the most users. Thanks for using HelioHost. Let us know if you need help with anything.
  2. Alright. Thanks for using HelioHost. Let us know if there's anything we can help you with.
  3. According to https://translate.google.com/ your email says create an account and my domain is not yet activated, it has been more than 24 hours, the domain is http://uts.heliohost.org thanks for your help If that is an unsatisfactory translation please let us know by responding and translating it yourself to English. Your domain is working for me. Please clear your browser cache.
  4. Cool. That's a good plugin to know about. We've had a few other people with this wp-login.php load issue so I'll point them that direction if it works for you.

Delete the other account then. You're only allowed to have one account anyways. http://www.heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/delete Once you delete the other account you should be able to add the domain to your new account.
  6. I've never tried it, but I assume you could log in via SFTP and rename the wp-login.php file to something hidden like alhwdkwheuidwad.php and then put a new wp-login.php file with contents such as <?php echo "Logins are currently disabled due to abuse."; Then if you need to log in to the admin account just rename the files back, login, do what you need to do, and then disable it again. Also, please check in over the next few days to see how your load is doing. Our suspension system is automated to preserve the functionality of the server, but we can check your load levels to make sure you're not at risk of being suspended again. If one account is causing the other thousands of websites on the same server to run slowly or go offline our automated systems have to correct the problem.
  7. Unsuspended. Please make the changes swiftly before your account starts to cause a lot of load again.
  8. Try deleting or renaming your .htaccess file.
  9. Hey Vito, I haven't heard from you for several weeks. Were you able to make that 468x60 sized banner for us? I'm about to send out an email to our 17k users, and I was considering using a NordVPN ad. Thanks.
  10. I want to mention that if you're interested in having ssl on your site we strongly recommend Ricky or Tommy. These servers automatically install and maintain ssl for you so you don't have to do anything. Johnny is capable of ssl, but you have to install it yourself and more often than not you'll get an error about the load being too high. Since you have a nice paid domain Tommy would be an especially good fit for you since that's our fastest server with the highest uptime. Let us know if you need help switching servers.
  11. Johnny supports up to asp.net 3.5 on all accounts. Tommy supports up to asp.net 4.6 if you request access.
  12. Most of your load is coming from /home/cbrpics/public_html/wp-login.php which probably means you have a lot of bots trying to bruteforce their way into your wordpress account. Would it be feasible to disable logins? Like wolstech said you have basically no bandwidth usage so your site shouldn't be causing this much load unless something is wrong.
  13. Postgis and tablefunc extensions have been created on the database you pm'd and remote access has been enabled. Let us know if everything is working as expected.
  14. On November 22 he created an account called eventor on Johnny. Today he deleted his Johnny account and created a Ricky account. Rather than delete his forum account, I renamed it to match his new hosting username.
  15. You can delete your own hosting account at http://www.heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/delete Would you like your forum account deleted as well?
  16. I already set up ssl for you https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=daskunk.heliohost.org
  17. The .auth directory is not needed for ssl. The system will create a file in /home/daskunk/public_html/.well-known/pki-validation/ when it is creating or renewing your certificates. I have uploaded the full backup of your Johnny account to /home/daskunk/cpmove-daskunk.tar.gz You can download that archive to your home computer and extract whatever files or settings you need from there. Once again I'm sorry the transfer process wasn't smoother. Normally all of this is done fully automatically, but like I said Johnny managed to botch the job somehow so I had to do most of the transfer manually.
  18. Awesome! Welcome to the community. Let's start with postgis. I just installed it on Tommy, and it appears to be working. The create extension command requires superuser permissions which we can't grant to regular users, but if you let me know your database name that you want it on I can add it for you.
  19. Try these settings: Host: ricky.heliohost.org Port: 1312 Protocol: SFTP Logon type: Normal User: daskunk Password: <same as cpanel>
  20. The only way to change the userid is to delete the account and recreate it. Was it not daskunk before? Johnny did have some issues transferring your account over. First time that's happened actually, and the file permissions got messed up. I manually changed everything recursively to 644 owned by daskunk, but directories are actually supposed to be 755. I was more focused on getting your website back online and ssl installed.
  21. Alright, now your domain is secure too. https://daskunk.heliohost.org/ This certificate will automatically update itself when it gets close to expiring so you shouldn't have to worry about ssl at all anymore. Enjoy.
  22. Does it look better now?
  23. Ok, your site is back online, but on Ricky now. If you see a 404 error or a Johnny queued page don't forget to clear your browser cache and flush your os dns records. Next step SSL.
