Here are the files that were causing the highest load the four times that your account was suspended: /home1/ozviat/public_html/brth/index.php /home1/ozviat/public_html/brth/index.php /home1/ozviat/public_html/re-brth/index.php /home1/ozviat/public_html/re-brth/index.php I'm unsure what any of them are because they are both deleted now, but that's what the log files list. Since your account wasn't suspended again after deleting them I suppose you figured out what was causing the high load on your own.

This account cannot be unsuspended because it was involved in illegal activity. If it wasn't you that was doing this feel free to create a new account, and make sure you secure your account better against hackers this time around. If it was you that was involved in the illegal activity feel free to find another host. Either way this account cannot be unsuspended.

Wolstech is correct. This account cannot be unsuspended.

Alright. You can also request to have an account on Stevie and an account on Johnny if you have a good reason http://wiki.helionet.org/Multiple_Account_Policy by creating a new thread in the customer service forum http://www.helionet.org/index/forum/45-customer-service/ Wanting to be able to test the newest version of Drupal on Johnny without losing the uptime of your current Stevie account would be a good reason.

By default addon domains are activated for all accounts, and you can create an unlimited number of them. If you mean "activate" as in your addon domain shows the queued page when you visit it, that is normal. All domains, whether they are main domains, parked domains, subdomains, or addon domains go through a 24-48 hour queued period after being added. Posting on the forums doesn't speed it up. No admins need to review your domain or anything. It's a fully automated process. It just takes some time to set up a new domain.

Johnny hasn't been turning on and off. It's just high load as is expected after a server reboot. Unix servers actually get more and more stable the longer they run without a reboot. Prior to http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/17708-johnny-reboot/ Johnny actually ran without a reboot or a crash for almost a year. Hopefully we can have a long run like that again. That's why the uptime since then hasn't been as good. For about 24 hours after Johnny reboots he has a tendency to spike really high load, and then balance out again. I've seen the load spikes as high as 140 or so since the reboot yesterday. He seems to be balancing out now though. Take a look at http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/ if you want for the last few days and you can easily see what I'm talking about.

Yeah, it sounds like our automatic antispam prevention measures are working well. Thanks for testing them out for us. As you've already been told we recommend users only send about 50 emails per day without first asking and receiving permission to send more. If you greatly exceed that amount your account is throttled to 24 emails per day (1 per hour), and if you greatly greatly exceed that limit by a ridiculous amount your account is suspended. Question #1: Do you ever send emails to anyone who hasn't personally signed up for them on your site? Question #2: Are all of the emails sent instantly when someone directly does something on your site, or is it more of a mailing list that are sent out every once in a while to everyone who has signed up? Question #3: How does one stop receiving emails from you if they don't want them?

Please post the following information: Your cPanel username Your main domain The server that you are on Sample script that causes error (with passwords edited out)

Both links loaded just fine and error free for me. Perhaps this will give you some ideas of why the 500 error shows up sometimes. Since the error seems to be intermittant 1, 4, or 5 are probably most likely culprits.

Stevie is currently running php 5.3.8 which is two versions less than the 5.3.10 that your error says it requires. Johnny is currently running php 5.3.17 which is seven versions newer than what your site requires. I will bump the upgrade of php/mysql/apache on Stevie up a few notches on the priority list, but if you're in a hurry to get your site working on Heliohost you could consider moving to Johnny. http://wiki.helionet.org/Moving_your_account

Since java isn't enabled on your account the source of all .jsp files is exactly what you should expect to see. If you click "Follow this topic" in the top right side of the page at http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/18278-request-for-java-abhi7300/ then you can get a notification when Java is enabled. Your most recent prediction of when java will be installed on your account is Tue Apr 22 13:05:46 PDT 2014

http://www.medicinalteas.co.uk/ isn't hosted on our servers. If you would like to host it with us you'll need to set your nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org

Can you post a link to the page that is showing the 500 error?

[Solved] Please Show Me My Cpu And Ram Usage Over The Last 1 Week
Krydos replied to hovatek's topic in Customer Service
Well, the numbers I've given you are a rank of your memory usage versus all other users on your site so there aren't really units. Basically the server just keeps track of which accounts are using how much memory and cpu as a percent of available memory and cpu throughout the day, and then it sorts it by who used the most cummulatively. Being ranked #1 in either category doesn't even mean you're going to get suspended either. We don't have any maximum cpu or memory usage restraints for accounts. As long as the server is running well no one gets suspended. If the server starts to crash or run slowly due to lack of memory then the highest memory usage account gets suspended. If the server is about to crash or is running slowly due to the cpu being pegged out at 100% then the highest cpu usage accounts are suspended. That way one account isn't allowed to hog all the system resources and cause poor performance for all the other thousands of accounts sharing your server. As far as figuring out what script(s) are using the most memory it's pretty much impossible for us to give you any useful information because CMS' generally are all accessed through index.php which includes dozens if not hundreds of other files, so from the point of view of the server's log files that index.php file is using all of the resources. Generally though, the more plugins and the more addons you install on your CMS the more memory it will require all that extra stuff. -
[Solved] Increase Speeds On Server Johnny And Stevie
Krydos replied to paladox2014's topic in Customer Service
There are already thousands in not millions of paid hosting options available in the world. There are very few good free webhosting options. Most free webhosts are just a gimmick that is owned by a paid host that they use to hook people into their service and then they do everything they can to get the person to upgrade to a paid plan instead of the free plan. Heliohost is different. We don't have any paid hosting plans so none of our users will ever be extorted into paying us money for anything. The other thing that I've seen occur quite often is a new free webhost will start up with a similar "nothing but free accounts" philosophy similar to us, but they quickly find that it's not a very profitable business to be in and they quickly switch to paid hosting or run out of money and shut down. Heliohost is different. We've been in business for nearly nine years now offering nothing but the best free webhosting on the internet. Not only that, but we're quite profitable so you don't have to worry about us shutting down for lack of money. If you appreciate good, fast, reliable, free hosting without any tricks or bullshit then you're in the right place. -
[Solved] Install Composer On Server Stevie
Krydos replied to paladox2014's topic in Escalated Requests
It's not a security issue, but like I said already I think it would be useless for you since you wouldn't be able to use it whether it was installed or not. -
Since you didn't really answer this question I'll ask it in a different way. Why can't you just use one port?

[Solved] Install Composer On Server Stevie
Krydos replied to paladox2014's topic in Escalated Requests
I skimmed through the documentation quickly, and it looks like it would be useless for you even if I did install it because you don't have shell access. Besides it's probably less work for you to just install the dependencies manually rather than messing around with a dependency manager, but that's just my opinion. -
What do you need three ports for?

Have you tried deleting or renaming your .htaccess file?
