The databases listed should now be visible to your root mysql account. You may need to delete, recreate, and reassign permissions to any database users that should have access to the affected databases. If phpmyadmin doesn't log in properly or you don't see the database there change your account password and this should sync up the mysql/cpanel passwords. Let us know if you're still having any issues accessing your data.

I have removed the suspension on your site. Make sure it's clean, and it stays clean please. Let us know if you have any questions.

What database?

If it's a configuration error why does SSL work for everyone other than you? Yes, apache is "doing" SSL on port 443. Sure. Looks good. The other 40 or so accounts using SSL (myself included) think it looks good too.
-
Your account has been set to paper_lantern. Well, you'll have to talk to cPanel about this or provide the translations for us yourself because I certainly don't speak Italian.
-
You password has been reset, tested, and emailed to your contact email address.

That error looks like you generated your letsencrypt certificate wrong. I found this on the letsencrypt website documentation. Try this: https://community.letsencrypt.org/t/howto-a-with-all-100-s-on-ssl-labs-test-using-apache2-4-read-warnings/2436

[Solved] Site Will Not Load "err_Name_Not_Resolved"
Krydos replied to Reath's topic in Escalated Requests
Flush your dns and your page should be working now. -
Our antivirus scanner shows /home1/metals/public_html/iloveheavymetal.tk/wp-admin/images/libworker.so: Unix.Trojan.Roopre FOUND and I found /home1/metals/public_html/iloveheavymetal.tk/wp-content/themes/designzmagilhm22/help.php which looks like malware to me. You should probably delete your whole site, reinstall, and restore your content from a backup. I have unsuspended your cpanel, but left your site on the suspended page. This way you can log in and clean everything up without the hackers being able to connect to their malware files to send spam through your account. Let us know when you're done cleaning everything up.

Are the 500 errors constant, or intermittent?
-
Run the windows command ipconfig /flushdns and you should be able to see your site.
-
Both domains were working when I checked them. Were you logged into cPanel when you got the 500 errors?

[Solved] Problem Exporting Site Backup To Ftp
Krydos replied to ashrafjp's topic in Escalated Requests
Ok, I tested full backup to FTP on both servers and it worked on both with backup files of over 400mb. I suspect the error message you got was from incorrect FTP server credentials. Either that or it was just an intermittent error that I cannot reproduce. You can import them back in, but you have to extract them on your home pc, and import them piece by piece. What cPanel is warning you is you can't just upload the full backup, and have it all automatically import. -

[Solved] Problem Exporting Site Backup To Ftp
Krydos replied to ashrafjp's topic in Escalated Requests
When I get some time I'm going to test out this send-backup-via-ftp option. I already tested it on Stevie and it worked perfectly. Johnny is being a little slow though. I'll leave this thread unsolved in the meantime. -
[Solved] Problem Exporting Site Backup To Ftp
Krydos replied to ashrafjp's topic in Escalated Requests
root@johnny [/home/ashrafjp/public_html]# du -h --max-depth=1 284K ./cgi-bin 172M ./ojs 84K ./scgi-bin 2.9M ./luxcal 192M ./limesurvey 1.8M ./advpoll 8.0M ./maillist 16M ./helpdeskz-ticket-faq 324K ./cupertino 668K ./images 51M ./livehelper-chat-faq 24K ./new_items 8.8M ./wikkawiki 454M . Looks like you've uploaded a few massive folders there for having "no uploaded files or other staff". Anyways, the backup script should be able to exceed the 500mb limit to create the backup, download it with FTP, and then delete it. Do you really need to do whatever complicated FTP thing you're trying to do? -
[Solved] Cannot Receive Email To Custom Main Domain
Krydos replied to acrox999's topic in Escalated Requests
Anyone can edit the wiki. Just make a post in the wiki requests sub forum, and we can grant you access to edit. The reason Heliohost is free is because the Heliohost community runs this non-profit organization. This means that the admins all started as regular users that started contributing to making Heliohost better. The more helpful you are the more promotions you get.- 9 replies

[Solved] Cannot Receive Email To Custom Main Domain
Krydos replied to acrox999's topic in Escalated Requests
The default email address that is created with cPanel never works. The 451 error means that the user nozomi@iamnobuna.ga doesn't exist on the server. To fix this error just go to http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/mail/pops.html and create nozomi@iamnobuna.ga. Then you should be able to send and receive from that address as expected.- 9 replies

[Solved] Cannot Receive Email To Custom Main Domain
Krydos replied to acrox999's topic in Escalated Requests
This support request is being escalated to our root admin. Do you get that error when sending from all email addresses or only google? Do you get that error when sending to all @iamnobuna.ga addresses or just one?- 9 replies
