You were right about ports, Krydos. My workplace firewall had been changed. I've been "in", done a backup, and updated my site. I haven't been able to reply because I lost my password (helionet, not heliohost) for fonehelp and, after numerous attempts, got no reset confirmation emails. So, I registered mike_fonehelp and the confirmation email pinged in immediately! I wonder if an admin could check the email address for fonehelp @ helionet and see if it's different from mike_fonehelp's or fonehelp @ heliohost?
