It takes up to 24 hours for a new domain to start working. Now just wait patiently. Let us know if it still isn't working 24 hours after you added it.

[Solved] Ftp Connect Not Working - Ip Blocked?
Krydos replied to dl5ark1's topic in Customer Service
Cool, I figured it was something like that. You're already white listed. It's not currently possible to white list by username, but you can just let us know if your IP changes. -
To add to what wolstech and tjoene have already said. We don't know the answer to that as we don't even know for sure what is wrong with Johnny. We suspect, based on the way he was acting the last few days he was online, that it might be a hard drive failure. Our plan is to try to backup as much data as we can, and replace the failing hard drive, but it might be anything. The entire server might be fried. We won't know until Ashoat gets there. Johnny went down on on July 1st, so 45 days ago. That's closer to a month and a half. Still a long time though, I agree, but not three months.

[Solved] Ftp Connect Not Working - Ip Blocked?

You're unblocked. What do you use so many FTP connections for? 10 hours and 200 connections is an average of one connection every 3 minutes. -
HelioHost Server Monitor (created by Piotr GRD)

He PMd me about it already: -
I added the remote host % to your mysql access list for you. In order to log in to your account I changed your password, and sent a temporary password to your contact email address. Let us know if you need help with anything else.

Yes. If you're using your main FTP account that came premade then your FTP root is / = /home1/annakuz/ /public_html/ = /home1/annakuz/public_html/ The reason you're getting an error is because you're telling your FTP client to go to /home1/annakuz/public_html/home1/annakuz/ which doesn't exist.

There's really no reason to ever change your main domain. You can host as many parked, addon, and subdomains as you wish.

Your password has been reset again, and emailed to you.

Signups actually reset now at 5pm pacific which is approximately 3 hours 53 minutes from the time of this post.

I changed your password to log in to your account since you asked for help fixing your phpmyadmin. That's why you can't log in. Phpmyadmin is now fixed. Your temporary password has been emailed to your contact address. If you're curious the reason phpmyadmin stopped working was because you deleted your tmp directory.

Have you tried resetting your own password by going to http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/ and clicking "Reset Password"?
-
Ok, try creating your Stevie account now. You should be able to use all the same info as your Johnny account, but let us know if you get any other errors.

Please post the following information: Your cPanel username Your main domain The server that you are on

You can send your paypal donations to admin@heliohost.org or try this link https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_s-xclick&hosted_button_id=P63828V7WFM54 To be fair to everyone the invites will be random. No one has received an invite yet. Not even the admins have created accounts yet. We're just announcing it early so people can find out about it and donate if they wish to.

It looks like you accidently deleted your public_html folder. I have recreated it, recreated your cgi-bin folder too, and have given them the proper permissions and ownership. Let us know if you need help with anything else.

Ok, fine. This is your only warning. Break our ToS again and your account will never be unsuspended. http://wiki.helionet.org/Terms

Awesome!

I wasn't able to reproduce your error message. The email trace I ran worked successfully, but based on your error wolstech is probably right. I dropped the eximstats mysql user and recreated it. Are you still getting that error? If so can you describe in detail the steps to reproduce it?

What assurances can you make that you won't continue stealing people's domains? Do you realize yet that stealing is wrong even if it's online? What steps to do you plan to take to prevent the other people allegedly stealing the domains on your account?

There was a bug in our firewall where it blocked loopback, but didn't list it as a blocked address. Whatever the issue was restarting it fixed it. Thanks for pointing it out.
