If you want to host your website(s) with someone else we recommend going with https://www.heliohost.org/partners/hostgator It's only a penny for the first month, and if you end up going with it HelioHost will get a cut of the profit. After you change your nameservers to hostgator's you can either delete your HelioHost account or just let it go inactive and eventually it will delete itself.

I would just drop the database, and start over. Want me to do it this time or do you want to try again?

Is the warning gone now? -
I just noticed your account is on Tommy, not Johnny. Does this work? jdbc:mysql://tommy.heliohost.org:3306/om_helios

Your account has been unsuspended and your 24 hours starts at the time of this post.

Thanks for letting us know. The account creation script seems to have locked up due to high load earlier. It's been restarted.

If you want to host your site on siteground or godaddy you should contact siteground or godaddy support.

Pdo_pgsql cannot be installed on that server.

Tommy's dashboard is fast for me. Maybe try connecting on a different internet connection.
-
Does someone else have access to your account? Perhaps it is best to change you passwords, backup the data, drop the database, and then recreate it with the proper permissions.

Please log in at https://www.heliohost.org/login/ Logging in from other urls, especially ones that end with .html probably won't update your last login date. The reason why is .html files aren't scripts so we can't update your last login date from a static .html page.

Since you had it in production mode it wasn't giving any meaningful errors. I switched it to development mode, and started the ror app. I also cleared the logs so the old information isn't still in there. You had like 15 redirects set up, and you only need one, so I left your ror running on http://sfesis.co.uk/ That should get you a good start on troubleshooting what is going on yourself now.

There is no wait list, and due to overcrowding free signups are currently disabled. Only donors can still get an invite right now. As soon as our fundraiser https://www.gofundme.com/heliohosts-lily-server-and-storage-increase is successful we'll be able to add more storage to Tommy and reopen free signups.

Remote access enabled.

The one with dashes is already updated to the latest version too.
-
That Tommy invite has been resent.

Try changing the password of the mysql user.
-
You can add permissions to your database users at https://johnny.heliohost.org:2083/frontend/paper_lantern/psql/index.html
-
What is the postgresql database, and the database user you would like to have remote access to?
-
What do the ror logs say?

Does it work now?
