Since you had it in production mode it wasn't giving any meaningful errors. I switched it to development mode, and started the ror app. I also cleared the logs so the old information isn't still in there. You had like 15 redirects set up, and you only need one, so I left your ror running on http://sfesis.co.uk/ That should get you a good start on troubleshooting what is going on yourself now.

There is no wait list, and due to overcrowding free signups are currently disabled. Only donors can still get an invite right now. As soon as our fundraiser https://www.gofundme.com/heliohosts-lily-server-and-storage-increase is successful we'll be able to add more storage to Tommy and reopen free signups.

@byron, please verify the ownership of an account by sending an email to the contact email address prior to manually deleting any accounts. It's always a possibility that someone could request the deletion of someone else's account. That why we always post the link to delete their own account. It's easier an quicker than verifying by email.

You're receiving the login error message because Byron is already in the process of moving your account. Canceling the transfer may end up breaking something. Once the transfer is complete you can delete it and we can send you a new invite if you want.

That backup is definitely broken. It was only 13 bytes long. I created a backup for you and put at /home/ansaraf/backup/backup-2018-01-06.tar.gz

He wants to start a new account on Tommy, not move his current account. @dressdoc, You can delete your own account at http://www.heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/delete Let us know once it's deleted and we can send an invite link. If the email address is currently in use our system won't send a new one. I've renamed your forum account so you can create a Tommy account with the same username, dressdoc.

If you exceed the number of emails per hour you will start getting bounce back messages saying that you've reached your limit.

Try a free webproxy then. It works for everyone other than you. Your ISP is probably caching the queued page for you. Nothing you can do to clear that other than wait.
