  1. I fixed the database error for you, but now you have a syntax error: http://miketten.tk/
  2. The way a denial of service attack works is by overloading the server with a large number of connections preventing any legitimate traffic from being able to connect. Sometimes when regular users have a large number of connections, in your case 41, the server suspects you of trying to DoS it and blocks you.
  3. Your site http://mkgamers.ml is visible now.
  4. Can you connect now?
  5. Your account was created about 4 hours ago. It's normal for sites to not be visible for up to 24 hours from account creation. Let us know if your site still isn't visible after 24 hours. Until then you can log into your cPanel at http://heliohost.org/ and start to get things set up.
  6. Yes, the more times you try and fail the longer you get blocked for.
  7. I have never used outlook 2013, but I recently set up thunderbird and it was kind of tricky which surprised me because my phone connects effortlessly. Here are the settings I used: server type =imap server hostname =stevie.heliohost.org user name =admin@ashleyhales.co.uk port =993 connection security =ssl/tls authentication method=normal password server type =smtp server hostname =stevie.heliohost.org username =admin@ashleyhales.co.uk port =465 connection security =ssl/tls authentication method=normal password I had to fiddle around with the settings quite a bit because some of that isn't listed in cPanel. Hopefully that helps.
  8. Back up your account. http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/backup/index.html Use http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/delete to delete your account. Go to http://www.heliohost.org/home/create-stevie-account to sign up again with your new username. Restore your backup. Let us know if you have any questions.
  9. Depending on how strong your password was I guess it's possible someone brute forced it and deleted it. I really don't have any other ideas. If you need help restoring your site from your latest backup just let us know.
  10. Did anyone else have access to your account username and password?
  11. Oh, I see now. Sorry, just like Tjoene I found the previous post that you made, but looking at it closer you just posted on the topic that someone else made. As has already been said there is no account with that username or domain in the system. Did you queue it for deletion perhaps?
  12. How many accounts do you have?
  13. Using sprites, minifying and consolidating your JavaScript and Css files into one of each can help reduce the number of connections your browser opens when viewing your site.
  14. Can you connect now?
  15. That account cannot be unsuspended. You're welcome to create a new account if you wish.
  16. 17. Alright, sounds good. Let us know if you need help with anything else.
  18. Your site loads fine for me, and all of your dns settings look correct. Is this an intermittent problem or constant issue for you?
  19. Why not just use cron jobs to run your scheduled mysql events?
  20. Your account was suspended for running too many cron jobs. To help keep load low, we limit accounts to two (2) cron executions in a 24 hour period. This means that, if you only have a single job, it can run no more frequently than once every 12 hours, with two jobs, they can each only run once a day, and so on. Your account has been unsuspended.
  21. Try creating your account now. Let us know if you get any other errors and we can help with those too.
  22. No problem.
  23. Go to http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/passwd/index.html Make sure "Synchronize MySQL password" is checked. Change your password. Log out. Log in. Let us know if you are still unable to use phpmyadmin after completing the steps above.
  24. The way the script checks to see if your password is correct or not is by connecting to the Johnny server. Since the Johnny server is down the check will always fail. Just create your new Stevie account as it's impossible to delete a Johnny account while the server is offline.
