    Johnny's Rebirth

  3. Stevie used PHP 5.3. On Tommy you can pick between PHP 5.4, 5.5, 5.6, 7.0, and 7.1. I believe 5.6 is the default. Maybe try changing it to 5.4 to be closer to the 5.3 that your scripts used to run on? Also if you post links to the exact script(s) that are causing problems I can take a look.
  4. We have no reason to believe that the data has been corrupted or lost. Stevie just won't boot up. That is the worst case scenario where an admin will be able to visit the datacenter and physically work on Stevie. We have a few options that we can try remotely that might end up working too. We will not delete anyone's information. If Stevie ends up needing to be rebuilt from the ground up like Johnny was we will try to backup as much information as we can, like we did on Johnny, before we wipe the server and start over. We don't have infinite storage space, but we'll do the best we can. Keep an eye on our news posts to make sure you get your backup as soon as they are available.
  5. Tommy is still in beta testing, and what that means to the users who create accounts on him is that there may be bugs. A rather severe bug popped up a few days ago and managed to delete a few accounts before I could stop it. I resent Tommy invitations to the two users who were affected. Did you receive a new invite?
  6. They're not lost, but as long as we can't get Stevie to boot up they are inaccessible. We have no reason to believe that any of the data on Stevie's hard drives is lost.
  7. Those domains should now be available to add to your new account.
  8. That username and domain is now available for you to create your new account.
  9. Your account was located on Johnny. On September 14th Johnny began crashing http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/25748-johnny-usr/ and on September 20th Johnny was too broken to run anything more than FTP http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/25786-johnny-backups/ We gave Johnny users 72 days to retrieve their backups via FTP, and then as the news post states "will be decommissioning him and rebuilding him from the ground up" which began on November 30th http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/archive/?2016-11-30 On December 7th we announced that we were mostly done rebuilding Johnny enough to allow people to start creating account http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/26727-johnnys-rebirth/ and as it states in the news post "If you had an account on Johnny and would like to start using it again you will need to sign up again, and then restore your backup." Let us know if you have any other questions.
  10. Done. Yes. Yes.
  11. Try clearing your cache maybe? Your site works for me http://matyka.heliohost.org/
  12. I don't recommend it because you have a fully functional Johnny account already, and if you delete it you would have to be fast enough at midnight UTC to create a new account all over again. It seems like way too much effort for a cosmetic change that only you will ever see like a username.
  13. I'm not completely sure, but it probably has something to do with the way you're calling your functions and the way you're assigning values to the variables. The way I troubleshoot something like this is to echo variables at various places in your code, and make small changes at a time. PHP errors tend to not be very informative.
  14. To change your username you must delete your existing account and then create a new account with the username you want. If you really want to proceed with the username change, which I strongly don't recommend, you can delete your existing account here http://www.heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/delete
  15. An admin can only remove your domain from Stevie if you tell us what your domain is.
  16. The problem is with how you're passing the variables in. Check out http://scalar.heliohost.org/sql2.php?value=1
  17. There is a donate button in the navbar of this forum, or just go to https://www.paypal.me/HelioHost
  18. You can't log in because your account was never created. Here's the error that your account creation encountered: (XID zqzdex) A DNS entry for “rockyglaciers.co.uk” already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed. I have requeued your account. Are you able to log in now?
  19. What is the transaction ID of the donation?
  20. Your domain record was missing from ns1.heliohost.org so when your browser randomly selected that nameserver to find the IP of your domain your website would show up as offline. When your browser select ns2.heliohost.org your website would show up as online. I have synced up the records so it shouldn't be a problem anymore. Thanks for pointing this out.

    Graylisting

No, it appears to be a serverwide global setting. It's either on for everyone or on for no one. I suspect most people, myself included, would like to receive their emails as quickly as possible.

    Graylisting

Why not just use https://tommy.heliohost.org:2083/frontend/paper_lantern/mail/spam/spam.html instead of forcing everyone's emails to be really slow to arrive?
  23. Yes, you can change servers later.
  24. Maybe start over and install a new captcha from scratch rather than trying to fix this one?
  25. Here is the error: (XID vbmxbp) The system cannot accept “nst” as a domain name (domain name must have a valid TLD label). I'm assuming you meant to make it http://nst.heliohost.org/ ? I have requeued your account for you.
