In order for autossl to work it has to verify that your site is hosted on our servers. The way it does this is by putting a temporary text file on your domain. The other catch is the text file has to be accessible via plain http. In this case it would be http://maicol07.tk/.well-known/pki-validation/ See how it redirects to https? That's why autossl won't work.

Try it with only your username: halfer instead of halfer@johnny.heliohost.org.

I don't use cloudflare personally. Cloudflare is only useful on sites that have a lot of static content that doesn't change. If you site is mostly html files or you have a lot of large image files then cloudflare will help a lot, but if your site is mostly php files or any other scripting language cloudflare is going to have to go to the source to get the content anyways. I also dislike the cloudflare error page popping up for people on my sites. I'd rather have a custom error message, or the page just times out and you get a default browser error message.

You can change permissions through cpanel on the file manager button, or you can use your ftp client. The exact method for setting permissions will differ depending which ftp client you're using. In most cases you will probably right click on the file.

The certificates provided by your registrar don't seem to be working. Our instructions and your registrar's certificates come from the same place anyways: Let's Encrypt. -

http://np-webdesign.heliohost.org/ is working for me. You picked the Johnny server so you can't expect high uptime. If you want a fast server with less downtime we recommend Ricky or Tommy.

Go to the subdomains page in cpanel and delete np-webdesign.np-webdesign.heliohost.org, or you could also just choose a different subdomain on the addon domains page.

The error is that you picked Johnny as your server. We only just barely support ssl on that server. Nobody wants cloudflare ssl. For some reason their certificates rarely work on any of our servers, and sometimes they even break apache entirely.

That .war file could not be deployed because java is not enabled on your account. To request java and then check the status of your request go to the java button in your cPanel. Please be aware that since you picked the Johnny server the wait to receive java access is quite long due to high demand. The wait to receive java on Tommy is generally just a few hours. If you're in a hurry we recommend moving your account to Tommy. If you want to save yourself some work an admin can move your account for you if you're a donor. Just let us know the transaction ID.

Sending emails with plain text passwords is not something HelioHost will ever do, nor is it a good idea for anyone to do that. HelioHost takes security very seriously. Once your password is entered into our system there is no traces of it left anywhere. Check out http://plaintextoffenders.com/ for sites that don't conform to our high standards of security.
