  8. Stevie only has one version of PHP 5.3.8. Tommy has PHP 7.0.9, 5.6.24, 5.5.38, or even 5.4.45 which you can switch based on folder in your cPanel. We have no immediate plans to upgrade Stevie PHP at this time because Tommy does not support PHP 5.3 and some of our users still require that old version.
  9. What FTP client are you using? I just updated the Tommy SSL certificate so maybe that will help. I am also able to log in with FTP and get a directory listing.

Read this: https://www.devside.net/wamp-server/wordpress-changing-the-temp-directory Change your tmp directory to something like /home/bereketg/tmp that way you will just crash your account not the whole server. Let us know when you understand what you need to do and are ready to fix your account then you can be unsuspended.
  12. Stevie and Tommy already supports Let's Encrypt. Stevie does not support SNI so you need to purchase a dedicated IP from Heliohost in order to install the Let's Encrypt certificate. Tommy supports SNI so you can install the Let's Encrypt certificate on a shared IP for free.   18. Stevie currently has 11,443 accounts. One user can crash MySQL for everyone. It happens occasionally. We do our best to keep everything online.
  19. An email has been sent to the invited email address.
  20. Your account cannot be unsuspended.
  21. We've had some issues with people essentially stealing domains that are pointed to our servers, but aren't associated with an account on our server. That's probably what happened here. Like wolstech said the account on our system that currently has control of your domains does not appear to have been created by you, the person posting on our forums. I have removed your two domains from the system, and you should now be able to create an account using those domains. Let us know if you have any other problems.
  22. Great! For future reference you had a filter set up that was redirecting all incoming emails to /dev/null (which means deleting them basically.)
