  1. What extension do you need to have install and the php version?
  2. If you would like that domain to point to another server I guess not in Heliohost, you can change it through in the DNS settings menu of your provider’s account where you got your domain.
  3. Yup we knew that it’s already archived. Please wait for one of our root admins to get your account unarchived.
  4. This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
  5. Alright, this is going to be our root admin Krydos will figure that out since I have no other ideas. Escalating @Wolstech you still have some more ideas?
  6. Perfect thanks This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
  7. At Heliohost, yes we need to know the PostgreSQL of the database name and database username so our root admin Krydos can enable this for you since you wanted it to request one. Everyone on here, have to do the same and if you don't provide it here we have no idea which ones that you need to enabled and we can't help you without it. We just need your database and database username only.
  8. 1. Hotlink Protection? That could be the reason that everyone’s on Tommy server kept getting a 500 internal server error. I appreciated that you disable it for now. 2. Wordpress? I highly recommend it that you should never ever run Wordpress onto our servers if you already install it and that’s also making Tommy server really slow (you’re not actually). WP is just really badly written, It's the number one cause of weird errors, suspensions, and even Phishing bans. (usually when the hackers set up phishing on your account) A 500 error with WP is almost always due to installing defective, bloated, or simply too many plugins. It’s really terrible and it throws in a lot of errors and also a lot of hacks. We have a lot of users were running a Wordpress a few days ago and yesterday too, that caused Tommy server go really slow and receiving 500 internal error message sometimes. We warn them not to be installing Wordpress when Tommy server is still having trouble getting back to normal. 3. It could be /tmp is full again but actually it’s not currently at the moment since the databases, suspensions scripts, etc, etc is still alright. Also, sometimes we don’t know how much users have been installing a weird files that could caused the server running really slow and receiving 500 internal server errors and also /tmp gets filled faster sometimes, which it got happened a few days and we fix it already. Those things I listed above, please keep in mind to yourself not to be installing anything like that to make Tommy server go really bad. Thanks for your understanding!
  9. Yea, sometimes when users started to deploying their .war file, later it fails and it doesn’t want it to go through. But I’m pretty sure that it will give you an error if it has failed. A least you tried again and it works. So that’s great! Please let us know if you need anything else.
  10. Yup that’s correct. Once you change it it’ll start work in 24 hours.
  11. Yea, you had setup the email accounts when you were still on Johnny server and it was perfectly fine, but when we move your account over to Tommy server, your email accounts on tommy are "ghosts" and don't actually exist, likely because something during the move went belly up. Could you try deleting it on Tommy and recreate it again and see if it works or not. I had a feeling that it’ll work.
  12. Is it has been more than 24 hours already and it’s currently stuck?
  13. If it was successfully sent to your gmail but it's not in your Inbox, did you check your spam box? It might be in there and sometimes when you send an email from one of your email accounts to your gmail, it tends to marked spam.
  14. I'll go ahead and escalate this to our root admin Krydos to find a file that causing the issue of making our servers high loaded. Escalating EDIT: If you are currently running a Wordpress, I highly recommend it that you should never ever run Wordpress onto our servers! It’s really terrible and it throws in a lot of errors and also a lot of hacks. We have a lot of users successfully installing Joomla on their sites and that is recommended. We still let Krydos to dig in your account to investigated.

  18. If you're talking about Shell access which is ability to connect and use the terminal on the server to run commands, heliohost does not offer this for security reasons. You will need a VPS if you really need it. When you purchase a VPS server from us, you'll be given a full root control (SSH) access into your server and you can do anything you want to your likings. To host your websites, you can either use a LAMP stack or a free control panel such as VestaCP. Visit https://heliohost.org/vps to request it one. When you request a VPS through the website, you'll receive an email within a day or so from Krydos with more information and steps to take. We're also usually able to help users configure the VPS since many have never built a web server before. To cancel, simply post on the forums requesting to cancel. After that, you can simply cancel your recurring paypal payment. When we see the request, we'll turn off your VPS, and it'll eventually be deleted so we can resell the space. Before cancelling, please back up any data you wish to keep. You can also cancel via email (either via general support, or by replying to the email chain you'll have from when you were setting it up), or by speaking to Krydos on Discord.
  19. If I remember correctly, the path to the Python modules is /usr/bin/python3.7 More information is from this link if you need it as a reference. https://wiki.helionet.org/Django
  20. That account is suspended for being suspicious. What are you planning to do with your account?
  21. You’re welcome! Let us know if you need anything else.

  23. Ah that makes. I thought he can add the domain of luan.eng.br himself through in “Addon Domains” tab inside the cPanel and he can have both, but then it will not work because it have to be a main domain, but you can manually parked on top of luan.heliohost.org inside the WHM so it can skip the nameserver check.
