Yea I figure that could be a reason while I did some investigation on those two ports and I was about to say it too. -
When Krydos sees this and he will install that for you. He’s currently on right now but it takes time for him to process cause he’s in the middle of helping the users at the moment.

This is usually happens when Tommy server get over loaded and it can’t handle it very well. We have been receiving a few complaints about Tommy server and we have suspend some of users for running something that is making server causing really slow, but the issue is still exists, and we are currently still on the investigation. My next suggestion that you could you just wait for a while and try again. If it happens again, try a different internet connection (especially if you're at work or school, where firewalls are likely to block it). -

I’ll escalated to him and see what he says. Honestly, we don’t have control to make Softaculous‘s plan free for permanently. We are not the one to install that feature into the cPanel page, it is already included it along with all the features when we have paid the cPanel licenses and install it onto Johnny, Ricky and Tommy. We are just a free webhoster company to create, and installing things onto our servers and providing free services. We are not a paid webhoster (well just a VPS) and we want our users to enjoy their time using our services at Heliohost and whenever they have an issue like mySQL, install extensions, etc, etc we just like to take our time helping users! In the meantime, please post the following: 1. Your Tommy cPanel username 2. Your main domain -

The message you just saw earlier and you sent me an image about it, the free plan will not be always free forever. This is only during the trial period which it’s not long and once it comes to the ended of the trial period you can still makes changes to your current script (I believe so) but it will disable the status bar and new installations scripts until you renewed to the paid plan. Also, you can still access some of it in the Softaculous menu but you just can’t see the status bar, installing new scripts, and whatever they have it on the free plan. -

Nope, it has nothing to do with that. When you create a Ricky account or Tommy account, Softaculous will always give you a free plan as for a trial and includes the status bar. Then when the trial comes to the ended and you renewed it to the paid plan where it has more features, it will always be included with the status bar. https://imgur.com/a/Kh43Tbw That's because your trial had already ended and this is same to my accounts and a lot of users. You need to renewed if you want to continued to use it though. We are not partners with them but Softaculous is partners with cPanel and, they will always give out a free trial to every web hosting sites for the new users when they signed up. -

When you install a script on Tommy Server using Softaculous and after you have done installing that, did the status bar showed up in the main menu of the Softaculous? If not, send me an image of the script that you have installed and a proof of the status bar isn't even showing up, please and thank you. -

I did some investigating and I got the same as well with no status bar showing up. I think the problem is that when you haven't installed anything on your Tommy account, the status bar will not always show up because there's nothing. On your Ricky account, since you have install 2 scripts for your domain that status will showed up. https://imgur.com/a/Z0uIKC5 So there's no issue at all on Tommy server, Johnny and Ricky because you haven't install it anything yet. EDIT: Also according to our Terms and Services, users only allowed to have ONE account and I appreciate it that you already had deleted. -

As of right now, we don’t regularly update the mySQL version to 8 on our servers. We guarantee that we will rebuild any of our servers had crashed and updated it all the features to the latest versions. Back in a few years when Johnny had crashed and same goes with Ricky. We started it to rebuild them but we decide it to update all the features to the latest versions for our users to be happy and continue using our services. For now, everything will remain the same.

Are you talking about that you want us to update the MySQL version 8? If yes, why do you need this for and I don’t think it’s possible to update it on the shared Host.
