I know this can be hard sometimes but you really need to be patient because all of us are only volunteering and we mostly not online all the time. I’ll escalated to our root admin, Krydos since he knows about this. -
Another option is that you can get your own VPS account which allows you to have full access at anytime and even WHM. You can install anything you want on there and you won’t have to worry getting your account suspended or causing overloaded. https://heliohost.org/vps

Keep in mind that Shell Access has being disable it on the Shared Host. VPS is the best option for you that allows you to have full access and you can do anything you want with it. We also don’t support Auto SSL certificate on Johnny but on Tommy, yes we do. Our root admin Krydos can only install the packages you need. Console is already being disable on the shared host. If you want to have your own one, VPS (https://heliohost.org/vps) is the best option for you which allows you to do anything on it and you also have a full root control. Otherwise, I’ll escalated this to him to have the packages install on your account and I believe these ones?: APScheduler, Flask-SocketIO, eventlet, python-socketio.
