  2. SSH Access isn’t available on the free host and so you will need to get VPS server from https://heliohost.org/vps to do that. You will become a full root admin access, no more getting your account suspended or overloading our servers and you can do anything as long as you want!

I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. If you need help figuring out why your site is causing such high load let us know and we can try to help. If the high load is simply because your site is getting a lot of traffic, you might want to consider purchasing a VPS instead. VPS hosting gives you an entire virtual server to yourself, including no load limits, a dedicated IP address, and full root access.

  14. It’s not suspended or archived. I would advise to clear your cache and you will able to see your site on your end.
  15. That account isn’t archived. Your account is still active but your website is showing a queued page but I think because you might have added a new main domain instead of .heliohost.org and that’s why it appears like that. Your domain is currently still in queued status and it will take effect after 24 hours has passed but it will be the time you added to the system.
  16. Unblocked. You don’t have to do anything about your IP address being blocked since we will take it off the next time it happens again!

I would advise to wait til it’s completely done and then you can set the nameservers back to cloudflare nameservers just so the system won’t get confused what is happening with the one is in progress and what to do with the cloudflare nameservers, so its best to wait for it to work properly. I check your website and it is currently working now, so you are free to add the cloudflare nameservers back.

  22. What is your domain name and the server you are currently on? There is a lots of similar names in the system that almost the same like yours. So that’s why I’m asking you a question above to prevent doing a mistake.
