Try following these steps to see if this helps you Create / modify .htaccess as follows: Make sure that you changed apps.domain.com to your own subdomain and also change the redirectToGoogle HTML to your own. Create another HTML file and name what you just put it in above and forward to the desired site by replacing from http://yoursite.com to your custom domain. Please let us know if is still not working and I will escalate this to our root admin for assistance!

If you need help figuring out why your site is causing such high load let us know and we can try to help. If the high load is simply because your site is getting a lot of traffic, you might want to consider purchasing a VPS instead. VPS hosting gives you an entire virtual server to yourself, including no load limits, a dedicated IP address, and full root access. This is what we are seen from in the system and apparently you may have a type of file that causes a high risk: 5712% more cpu than #2.

  20. We can’t upgrade the php versions to the later ones on Tommy, Johnny or Ricky. Heliohost is going to plan on upgrading Ricky Server this upcoming Saturday You may have noticed or not that Ricky has crashed a few times over the last couple weeks. This is because he is long overdue for an upgrade. Heliohost was planning on upgrading Ricky in spring 2020, but their plans were delayed because of the pandemic since it wasn't safe to travel in the USA to visit the Datacenter where our servers are hosted. As of the Fundsier what Seekier is saying about, yes Heliohost are planning to upgrade all the software versions to the latest ones such as PHP versions, databases and whatever else is in there, those are gonna get upgraded but only applies to Ricky server during the rebuild.
