I can see your domain is not running actively onto your account because you probably haven’t set it up for the first time or you didn’t do it correctly but we can help you with this. After logging into your personal cPanel, click on the Aliases button and enter the domain you wish to park into the text box provided. Once you are done, submit the form. After that, navigate to your domain registrar's website and configure your domain with the following nameservers: ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org The parked domain you have just setup will be automatically be configured to reflect your public_html directory. If you want it to reflect a different directory, you will need to configure an Addon Domain instead. You can also configure the domain to be redirected to another URL. Just click on Manage Redirection and enter the URL you wish to redirect. You will need to wait approximately 24 hours until your parked domain will become active. If you still see a message saying HelioHost Account Queued after that period, then please clear you cache.

  11. Please don’t spam the forum cause your request will not be helpful to let all of us rush to you quickly. We are the volunteers and are located in different countries plus of course our time zones are slightly different. It may take longer to get a response and doing so again will make you stuck at the bottom of our todo list. Anyway, If you uploaded the files in via FileZilla, it may have been uploaded to outside of the public_html sub folder. The files need to be located directly inside that folder in this case. So try to relocate the files that you just uploaded a while ago and transfer it inside the public_html and then it should be working for you.

  17. We need to wait for Krydos to get on here to help this issue because the unarchived system had failed after Byron tries to do it on his end. Another easy fix from what Wolstech was mentioning earlier is we can send you an invite to your email that was associated from your archive account without having to wait for longer times than usual as it appears that you don't have any files in your account and it's just your Postgres Databases. If you would like us to backup that databases from your account and sent you an email the .sql or leave it in your home folder and you can restore it manually after that.
