FYI... all config settings I used were copied and pasted from the FTP section of my cPanel as it currently shows: SFTP Settings SFTP host: tommy.heliohost.org SFTP port: 1373 SFTP protocol: SFTP SFTP logon type: Normal SFTP Username: yeuxnive SFTP password: <same as cpanel>

None of these are working 24h after my account was moved from Johnny to Tommy: SFTP, admin FTP, newly created FTP account. Is the problem on my end or yours? Thanks in advance for your help.
