You can’t add luan.heliohost.org Into the Addon Domain tab, cause it’s already primary. If you really want to keep that domain, then why don’t you just add luan.eng.br into the Addon Domain tab instead of changing your main domain? It’ll work still and you can host as any domains as you like. As long that you set the nameservers correctly for luan.eng.br. Even though you change your main domain to luan.eng.br and add luan.heliohost.org into the Addon Domain tab, you test luan.heliohost.org and it will not work cause it doesn’t belong and the system doesn’t even know what is that meaning. .heliohost is just a creation system domain to register it for new users after they sign up. You can change it by using this link: http://heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/domain Make sure that you’ve set the nameservers correct and that domain is not added inside the cPanel. If you already did, remove it cause the script will not work. Also, please remove your redirect domain cause you won’t be needing it after it’s changed. If that didn’t work out, let us know and we will figure it out for you!

A 500 error with WP is almost always due to installing defective, bloated, or simply too many plugins. It’s really terrible and it throws in a lot of errors and also a lot of hacks. We have a lot of users successfully installing Joomla on their sites and that is recommended.

What Wolstech said. If you need Java immediately, please consider purchasing a VPS instead. Users who use a VPS often have a better experience anyway, since they can configure Tomcat exactly how they need it for their application.

Looks like the script got broken and that’s why you still see suspended page and I can see it as well. You probably also can’t login as you said. Escalating to one of our root admins to get that fixed for you.

So right now, Tommy's load is really slow and we don't know who else made the server causing problems but we definitely going to find out. We had a user already suspended back a while ago that he made the server really slow, then he came to the forum to requested his account unsuspended and we told him to remove everything what he has installed onto Tommy server and explaining to him about what happened and he agrees not to do it again anymore. The load will settle back down at some point later. Sorry for the inconvenience that may this caused.

I did some digging and turns out that it cannot be disable it on the shared host. I suggest you to get a VPS server where you can set your php ini settings to whatever you want them to be. https://www.heliohost.org/vps/

Yes and it’s currently on a separate server called Lily, and our root admin Wolstech is in charge. First of all, you need to switch over to Tommy server because that’s where Lily is. Not on Johnny, unfortunately. Just make a donation of minimum $1.00 at Heliohost.org/donate. Next copy your transaction ID and paste it here. Our root admins will verify it and once it’s verified, they will move your account over to Tommy. Second of all, Lily supports ASP.NET Core 3.1. Please keep in mind that Lily is experimental and has no real user interface beyond FTP and PhpMyAdmin. Wolstech will have to make changes for you if you need certain things done like registering applications. I will escalated to him so he can set it up for you after you switched.
