Tommy is a great choice! We have a feature that allows users to keep an eye the load when putting stuff into their account. Yes, we do accept php, MySQL and mail.

For that, you’ll need to follow this tutorial on setting up the ssl on your account: https://wiki.helionet.org/Installing_an_SSL_Certificate_on_Tommy_with_ZeroSSL

[Solved] How can I create a subdomain inside my new domain

Create one using Aliases under the domain tab in the cPanel. And that’s it, you don’t have to do anything else. All you have to do is just upload your files and visit with your new domain as normal. All of our servers are unlimited, so you can add as many as you like. Also, did you purchase that domain yet? If not, you will have to do that first and using our nameservers to work. AFTER you add the new domain. ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org EDIT: For the subdomain, you can do that using the subdomain tab under the domains tab. You just have to change it in the domain dropdown option, and yes you do have to upload your files to your related domain. -

[Inactive] The MySQL server is currently offline.' error on cpanel
Luigi123 replied to ahmed349's topic in Customer Service
Yea, a lot of users are having a same issue like you because of Johnny’s load. You need to wait for a while for the load to settle down or you can switch your account to either Ricky or Tommy. Please note that you need to stay up TIL midnight if you want to be the first person to signup one of those servers. Cause the signup button resets in midnight and a lot of people are currently in line waiting. If don’t want to do that, you can make a donation of minimum $1.00 to us. Once you’ve made a donation, you will need copy and paste your transaction ID here. What’s going to happening is one of our root admins will verify your transaction ID and after that, they will send you an invitation to your email address to signup and skip the line. -

As Flazepe and Sohamb03 said above, you will need to donate a $5.00 or more if you want to increased your disk space on your Hosting Account. I know it cost a lot but that’s how our price goes. The $1.00 minimum is only for users wanting to move their account to a different server or getting an invited without having to wait in line.
