  1. Cloudflare is not supported for helioho.st and heliohost.us subdomains.
  2. It just dropped to basically 0 in the past half hour looking at the chart now. Site seems to be working, so guessing you blocked another bot? EDIT: Looks like you put a deny from all on the version subdomain it looks like and your load evaporated. Sounds like something is beating on that too much. I'm not sure how many copies of your software are out there, but if all those requests are the app checking for updates, you may want to consider just using static update version data files (i.e. let app download a plain INI or something instead of calling a PHP script, and have app compare versions locally).
  3. Yes rewrite is supported. You can configure it using htaccess as you normally would.
  4. Krydos can do this for you.
  5. Unfortunately this one is so specific and few if anyone here uses a Mac that you're unlikely to get a good answer for it. Did you verify the file its looking for exists? If not, perhaps that particular authentication plugin needs to be manually installed?
  6. Looks like Krydos already increased this. Account is also not suspended at the moment. Marking solved.
  7. Try resetting the FTP password under Connection Info->System user credentials. If that doesn't fix it, please create a new topic for FTP not working, provide connection logs from your FTP client if possible, and we'll investigate this separately. There was also an issue that broke SFTP during the account move a while back, but they're all supposed to be fixed by now...
  8. You're probably being hit by bots if it's like all the others who got suddenly suspended the past 2 days. Your logs show tons of requests from just 3 IPs. I've blocked them in your .htaccess for you and unsuspended you to see if it helps. If the ones I added are legitimate, feel free to remove them and address the load a different way (a quick check shows they're a hosting provider's IP range, so a VPN or a bot most likely) Please watch your load closely, and disable part of your site as you planned if needed. I'd also suggest reviewing your logs for bots and blocking additional IPs if needed to combat abusive ones. Unsuspended again. If you get suspended again, we'll need more info on how exactly you plan to address this.
  9. There isn't a way to do that yourself, but I could lower the PHP memory and execution time limits for your domains if you want...not sure we've ever tried doing that though...usually people are asking for the opposite. I think your real issue was that a bot was trying to scrape thenewbible.helioho.st and requesting every page on it in succession. When you're getting tons of page loads each minute like that, even tiny amounts of resources begin to add up. 2024-10-14 19:18:37 Error 47.128.63.103 403 GET /bible/UDB.WEBC/Deuteronomy2?ln=de HTTP/1.0 I blocked the 47.128.0.0/16 IP range on that domain for you (hence the 403 error), and your load is basically nonexistent since being unsuspended.
  10. Probably abusive bots...a whole bunch of people had that happen the last few days and their sites skyrocketed in load and got suspended as a result. I would suggest reviewing your logs for abusive IPs and blocking any thing suspicious in .htaccess. I've gone ahead and blocked one range for you that was hitting the "thenewbible" domain, but I'm sure there are others. Please let us know if you need any help with it. Unsuspended.
  11. The PHP that's being queried most based on your logs appear to be these. Everything else looks to be something looking for XML files in the same folders. /ehasduuwn/h1702/gen.php /ehasduuwn/h1702/x/xgen.php Also, do you need all of those disabled domains on your account still? I remember you did some kind of test with those a while back, but they're all disabled now. Unsuspended.
  12. Krydos finally checked on this for me. You're being hit by bots. | 0 | 0.70 | [php-cgi] <defunct> | | 18596720 | 28.60 | /opt/plesk/php/8.0/bin/php-cgi -c /home/system/check.dosprn.com/etc/php.ini | | 54039980 | 47.00 | /opt/plesk/php/8.0/bin/php-cgi -c /home/system/version.dosprn.com/etc/php.ini | Specifically, this IP address hit your site 4422 times: 69.162.124.238 I would suggest logging IPs and/or reviewing your logs and blocking abusive bots in .htaccess. I blocked this one for you on both the check and version domains and unsuspended you. Please let me know if you need anything else.
  13. Whatever was happening, your site started using a ton of memory (the cliff is where you got suspended). Please fix the issue quickly. If it happens again, we'll require more information about how you plan to fix the issue. Unsuspended. It may take a few minutes to start working.
  14. What is your account username?
  15. It's been escalated (you posted while I was still working on escalating it). He'll take a look when he sees it.
  16. Krydos can help with this.
  17. That address will not accept USDT or ERC20 tokens (like “wrapped ETH”). You'll need to convert it to regular ETH then send the ETH to us. You can use any provider in your country that can handle regular ETH,
  18. Regular ETH on its normal main network. The address is hosted on coinbase on our side. Be sure to include enough to cover the gas.
  19. Krydos doesn't usually read the customer service forum. I'll put this in the escalated bin so that he sees it. That said, we don't offer standard email services for a few reasons. The main ones are a combination of available resources, and that we (and our ISP) don't want to deal with the hassles related to abuse of such services. Abuse management alone can be extremely time consuming and expensive, and be a job on its own. This is the same reason we have a 50/day sending limit on our shared hosting plans. You could run your own mail server on a VPS as you said, and several other users have done this successfully. I would recommend limiting accounts on a VPS to people you know and not offer public service, since doing so runs the risk of it being used for spam. If we receive abuse reports or other complaints for the VPS IP, it may be subject to cancellation without a refund.
  20. Something on your site caused high load. Please watch your load here: https://heliohost.org/dashboard/load/ and if it starts to get too high, you can add "deny from all" to the .htaccess file to stop all traffic to your site until you fix it. Backend stuff for counterstrike 1.6 isn't usually that heavy (speaking as someone who plays 1.6 himself...), though of course it can vary depending on what you're using. I've seen a few of the ban management tools cause a lot of load if the server has high traffic. Unsuspended. It may take a few minutes to work again.
  21. Domain added. It can take up to 2 hours to start working.
  22. It's the memory usage that was the issue, not the CPU. You can watch your account's load chart here: https://heliohost.org/dashboard/load/ but there isn't any way to see specific processes. Krydos might be able to get you that information if you really need it.
  23. Your load is through the roof (the cliff on the right is you getting suspended). If your site doesn't do anything heavy, it's probably being attacked. Please fix the issue quickly. If the load continues you'll be resuspended. Unsuspended.
  24. They would remain. I believe it just downloads the mail from our server and dumps it into your inbox, so appearance wise it'd look the same as a forwarder. The only difference is that it may take longer to receive the mail (I believe Gmail checks POP3 mailboxes on a schedule, so you won't see the mail until the next time it checks once its on our server). I personally haven't used the function in a few years now, but previously used it without issue with a random email address I had from my college days.
  25. You do realize you can just set Gmail to just download the mail from us instead having it re-sent via forwarding right? You can do this in Gmail under Settings->Check Mail from other accounts. It uses POP3 to download the mail off of our server (effectively turning Gmail into a mail client).
