  1. You actually need to do this yourself since you use Cloudflare. They're DNS records. For SPF create a TXT record with this value (leave name blank): "v=spf1 ip4:65.19.141.77 ip6:2001:470:1:1ee::2002 ~all" For DMARC, create a TXT record with the name _dmarc and the value: "v=DMARC1; p=none" For DKIM, you can enable that in Plesk. It will give you the DNS record you need to create with the key in it. It varies for each user (and changes if you turn DKIM off and back on). The PTR record does not apply because you share an IP with everyone else on the server. The PTR record already exists and points 65.19.141.77 to tommy2.heliohost.org. Note that if your account ever gets moved to the .106 IP we sometimes use as part of a DDoS mitigation, email may stop working until the account moves back.

Krydos can create a one-time payment link for you that would probably work with a paypal balance, but he usually requires users who buy with manual one-time payments to be a 6 month purchase due to the manual work on our end to issue and process them.

  22. Added. It may take up to 2 hours to start working, and you'll also need to create an A record pointed to 65.19.141.77 and an AAAA pointed to 2001:470:1:1ee::2002 before it will work. Also, please keep in mind that if you plan to send email, expect it to rarely or never deliver. The .xyz TLD is blacklisted by most major email and spam filter providers due to frequent abuse.

  24. It's because you keep posting in a section of the forum that is not meant for customer support. We only pay attention to "Questions", "Customer Service", and the subforums inside of Customer Service. None of us really look in any of those sections up top, so posting there will often result in being ignored. Also, keep in mind for the future that in the US, July 4 and the days surrounding it are a holiday for many people so support may be limited or nonexistent during that time each year. Moving so Krydos can do this.
