  1. Your account was suspended for the following reason: Malware. 1 file(s). PHP.ShellExec FOUND That means that there are some malware files found on your account. For your safety and to protect your website from potential further corruption the account has been suspended. To find the infected files we recommend making a backup of your site, download the backup file to your computer, and scan the backup using a reputable virus and malware scanner. If you're having trouble locating the offending files please ask and we can provide more information. If you are you certain that it is a false-positive, we strongly encourage you to file a false positive form here: http://cgi.clamav.net/sendvirus.cgi Your account should be unsuspended now, but keep in mind that this is a temporary unsuspension. You have 24 hours starting at the time of this post to clean your account of any and all malicious files or your account will be resuspended.
  2. As you already knew, your account was suspended for cron jobs. The limit is 2 per day. Your account has been unsuspended.
  3. People who move their account to Stevie have to get an account when they're available just like everyone else. You'll need to do the same. If we allowed people to move their account freely without waiting for the limit to reset, people would make a johnny account then immediately ask if they can move it. The limit is there so Stevie doesn't get bogged down. Account creations are rather resource intensive from what I understand, and simply having too many users could also cause performance issues.
  4. Their website says 5.2, but AnchorCMS should run on 5.1, or it least it used to (not sure if it still does). It worked on Stevie as of 2 months ago when I last had it installed. It said 5.2 then, Stevie has 5.1.56, and it ran fine.
  5. Herberth pretty much answered it. You spelled cpanel incorrectly. You can also log into cpanel by using the form on the bottom of heliohost.org to log in (the recommended way), or by visiting yourdomain.com:2082.
  6. As you already figured out, you were suspended for running 5 cron jobs. The limit is 2 per day. Your account has been unsuspended.
  7. There is no way to check your resource usage yourself. However, you can post in customer service in a few days asking what your load looks like to see how well your optimizations are working.
  8. Krydos will get around to putting you in the queue for Java shortly since you already requested it. Just to let you know though, the estimated dates to receive Java on the last few people in the queue are in late April right now...
  9. I meant 24 hours from the time of my last post. Either way, it is working for me now. If you still can't see your site, please try clearing your cache.
  10. This has happened to a few others as well recently...main domains for a few people stopped working due to a DNS issue on our end. It looks like you were one of them. It's fixed and should start working again within 24 hours. If it does not, let me know and an admin will take a look at it.
  11. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.
  12. Your account was suspended for inactivity, because you haven't logged into your account in the last 30 days. To reactivate your account, please visit http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew. To prevent this from happening in the future please remember to visit http://heliohost.org/ to log into your account at least once every 30 days. If you are still seeing the Account Suspended page after renewing your account, please clear your cache.
  13. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.
  14. This sounds like what happened to a few others on stevie recently as well...the main domain on the account just stops working with DNS errors. Your account is not suspended or anything, and your nameservers are correct. An admin will likely need to fix this for you. If it's the same issue as the other topics I've handled recently, it's caused by DNS entries on our end going missing.
  15. That's odd. Your NS are indeed correct: http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/php/tools/dns_records.php?domain=shanecunningham.ie&rec=ALL However, doing an nslookup on it returns server failed. I get a lookup error in a browser, which is strange. Normally I'd expect to see the queued page if the domain isn't configured right on our end. Your main domain is set to this domain, so the domain is definitely on your account, and the account is not suspended or anything. An admin may need to look into this.
  16. A dedicated IP address is required for SSL, do you have one? If not, you will need to buy one to use SSL on your site. SSL is the only thing heliohost offers that is not free, and that is because our provider charges us for the dedicated IP addresses. Also, please post your account username, server, and your main domain.
  17. There isn't a control panel for java. It is enabled on your account though. I see a tomcat 404 error. You just need to upload your scripts. If you need a .war deployed, upload it to your home folder, then ask for it to be deployed in customer service.
  18. Please clear your cache. As for moving to Stevie, see this wiki topic: http://wiki.helionet.org/Moving_your_account
  19. I see that website fine. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.
  20. That account is not suspended and is working fine for me. It's being a bit slow to load right now though due to Johnny's load. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache
  21. That'd be because it came out of queue, then got suspended for running 19 cron jobs. The limit is 2 in a 24 hour period. Your account has been unsuspended.
  22. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.
  23. The I in index being capitalized might be the issue. Linux filenames are case-sensitive. Try renaming it to "index.php" in all lower-case.
  24. I've never understood it either, but I think it has to do with how cpanel works. Every cpanel host I've used requires this, and every non-cpanel host didn't. One of the admins would know the details on this.
  25. It's normal. All domain setup or change can take up to 48 hours. If you're on Johnny, it can sometimes take a little longer due to load. The reason you have to wait is because one of the processes on the server needs to restart (I think its Apache, but not sure) before your domain will work. If we restarted it immediately every time a domain was added/removed/changed, high load from it restarting and downtime would be an issue.
