Your estimated Java setup date is June 12th (yes, over 3 month wait) according to the post in that forum from Krydos. That's just an estimate though. The speed at which the Java queue moves is determined by the rate at which people lose Java or get skipped over (usually from inactivity). You might wish to look elsewhere since time is short.

Host should be johnny.heliohost.org. Also, remote mysql must be enabled in cPanel. You can do that here: http://johnny.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/sql/managehost.html (a % sign will allow every IP to connect, usually easiest).

[Solved] Suspended: Brunik, Brew, Shali, Josybrew
wolstech replied to McCozza's topic in Suspended and Queued Accounts
You can only have one .heliohost.org subdomain, so if you want to keep that domain, you'd be best off either keeping shali instead of joysbrew, or keeping joysbrew and changing your main domain (which will cause you to lose wacc.heliohost.org). I'd recommend looking into real domains though. If you have a real domain, the URL can stay the same regardless of the hosting service behind it. -
Not sure why. I wouldn't be surprised if it has to do with an old version of PMA or MySQL though. Might also be to do with how cpanel works...the control panel and tools use a different web server called cpsrvd as opposed to the stuff that gets served publicly, which uses apache. Perhaps cpsrvd does use 5.2?

We run 5.3.8 on Stevie. If you're seeing an old version number somewhere, it's likely erroneous and can be safely ignored.

The line numbers look fine to me: http://i.imgur.com/WUk0Vtz.png What's wrong with them?

That account is currently not suspended. Also, since you seem to think its for inactivity, how are you logging in? You need to use the form on the bottom of heliohost.org or at Stevie.heliohost.org:2082 or your login won't count.

Java is a programming language of its own. Java support here refers to support for Java Server Pages, also known as JSP, servlets, or (rather improperly) "Jasper pages". The code in these pages runs on our server and the result is sent to the user, much like PHP. Javascript is a client-side language that runs in the user's browser. I'll take it you no longer want the Java support you requested? If so, I can cancel your request. That's what the "Like This" button is for

Java and JavaScript are two different things. I think you confused them. You don't need any special support to use jquery here, and php comes standard on all accounts. No idea what AJS is.

That account does not exist. If you've forgotten to log in for a while, it was probably deleted for inactivity.

[Solved] Suspended: Brunik, Brew, Shali, Josybrew
wolstech replied to McCozza's topic in Suspended and Queued Accounts
Brunik was suspended and shali has been unsuspended. Let me know when you're finished. -
An admin needs to drop it for you. I really wish we would just enable drop in PMA. This happens a lot... I havent tried it, but you might also be able to activate remote MySQL and use something like MySQL workbench from your PC to drop it.

Brunik has been unsuspended. Please make your backups and let me know when you've finished so we can move onto shali. -
Stevie Not Loading (Blocked by firewall)
wolstech replied to paladox2014's topic in Customer Service
You're likely blocked by the firewall. An admin needs to unblock you. -
This support request is being escalated to our root admin.

It's high load, not sure how many times (it doesn't say it was your second or third or anything...it often does if that's the case). I've unsuspended it so you can make backups, and will escalate it as well. Krydos can tell you what files are causing the load. As for knowing what pages on your site are being hit and who the traffic is, we don't track that. If you wish to collect that information, you'll need to set up some form of analytics/hit tracker software on your site and watch the data over time. There's plenty of free ones like sitemeter that work by just putting a small piece of JavaScript in your code.

What does the phone app do? If it's trying to connect to MySQL, use your site's domain or IP, and enable Remote MySQL in cPanel (use % as the IP to allow since a phone's IP changes often). If it's just for web/script access, use your domain.

It's decent as long as your site doesn't generate a lot of traffic and you don't need anything fancy. As soon as you generate enough traffic to be worth something (or don't get enough...they have a minimum that's published), they point your domain to ad sites that serve malware, phishing/scams, etc. (try this domain that I lost, reopen it a few times to see what kind of crap is offered, you'll see tech support scams, fake flash updates, and survey junk at least), then try to extort money from you to get your domain back...happened to me and quite a few others on here. No customer support of any kind either. Same company as .cf and .ml. I spent the $20 for a proper .com for 2 years instead when I lost my .tk. It was the best $20 I've spent.

PostgreSQL works, but the admin tool (phppgadmin) does not. Use a tool like pgAdmin III to manage your postgres databases. To connect to your account with a PC program, use stevie.heliohost.org as the host, and your cpanel username and password for the credentials.

Accounts are suspended if you don't log in for 30 days, and get deleted shortly after that if not renewed. There is no account with the domain robt.heliohost.org, so it was likely deleted for inactivity.

It looks like it contains mIRC, whose components are often abused as a backdoor. At least that's what usually makes something flag for that definition. You might want to host those files on another service like Google Drive and link to them from your site. If you do that, Google will just block access to it and mark it infected if someone complains, instead of your whole site being suspended as it was here. What happened here is that somebody crawling your site flagged it and emailed our provider, who passes it along to us. We have to suspend every issue they ask us to, and most abuse reports we get are for Phishing or Spam anyway. I'm only waiting for a response from Krydos because this one came from our provider as opposed to the normal malware suspensions from the ClamAV on our server (for those, we just ask you to clean up the malware).
