  3. It's there but invisible. Krydos needs to reassign it to you.

  6. @domotica: Your post has been split and moved to Escalated Requests: http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/22279-invisible-database/
  7. Krydos will post here when it has been fixed.
  8. The first step is to change your cPanel password. Do that here: http://stevie.helioh...sswd/index.html After that, check to see which databases are visible in phpmyadmin. If any of your databases are missing, post a list of the ones that aren't visible so Krydos can restore them for you. Once they're restored (or if they're already visible), go here: http://stevie.helioh.../sql/index.html and delete and recreate your database users. Be sure to use the database password found in your software's configuration file (for WordPress, it's wp-config.php). Then reassign each user to its databases. If you don't know what privileges to grant, select "All privileges".

  10. The first step is to change your cPanel password. Do that here: http://stevie.helioh...sswd/index.html After that, check to see which databases are visible in phpmyadmin. I need a list of any that aren't visible so Krydos can restore them for you. Once they're restored (or if they're already visible), go here: http://stevie.helioh.../sql/index.html and delete and recreate your database users. Be sure to use the database password found in your software's configuration file (if you don't know, the manual for the software will likely have instructions on finding and editing it). Then reassign the users to the databases. If you don't know what privileges to grant, select "All privileges".

  13. The last part of the Stevie fix was installed yesterday and it broke everything again. This time around, not only did the database users break, but many databases became invisible. You need to change your cPanel password, then log out and in to fix PhpMyAdmin. Once that's done, check to see if all your databases show in PhpMyAdmin. The missing ones needs to be restored by Krydos (please post a list of database names). Once you have them all, delete and recreate your database users (again). On the upside, Stevie now should have full InnoDB support for the first time in almost 2 years and is running MySQL 5.6.21 now (replacing an ancient 5.1).
  14. You were suspended for copyright infringement this time around. I'm fairly certain you don't have a license to distribute the music files you are linking to on that website. You need to remove all the music download links or provide us with proof you have a license to distribute those songs within 24 hours. If not, you will be resuspended.
  15. Change your cPanel password, then delete and recreate all of your database users. Be sure to use the password in the software's configuration file when making the new users, and reassign them to the databases as well. Odds are the databases are invisible too. If that's the case, let me know their names and I'll escalate this for you.

  19. Looks like I'm in the same boat as everyone else now...can you reassign these databases to my MySQL root account? Already changed my password and redid the DB users. User rax on Stevie, I've got a ton of them: rax_acmine rax_fwlink rax_ivs rax_minecraft rax_psu rax_raxccm rax_raxccm_myisam rax_roun209 rax_rpclient rax_sbt rax_sbt2 rax_si3 rax_si3sys rax_sso
  20. Stevie is down for maintenance. It's being updated. Not sure what's being updated, but I do know MySQL has gone from 5.1 to 5.5.
  21. I think everyone on Stevie is seeing that right now. The server is down.
  22. Stevie is down. He's returning 500 for all PHP scripts right now, even ones that don't use a database.
  23. I've split your topic from the MySQL thread since it's not related. Timeouts are usually a firewall problem. An admin can check and unblock you if needed.
  24. You need to remove the addon domain and wait 24 hours before you can make it your main domain. Your website will stop working for 24-48 hours (the domain will show as queued). It might be half changed since my system definitely claims that's the main domain already. If it won't let you change it after you remove it in cPanel and wait, let me know and I'll change it for you.
  25. You're welcome.
