  1. You asked explicitly for this twice before and were refused both times. Asking repeatedly will not change the answer. Please do not ask this question again. http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/18367-error-in-an-extension-called-scribunto/ (didn't ask for it, but mentioned it being needed and were told it can't be provided) http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/19241-solved-enable-popen/ (refused) http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/20946-enable-popen-for-stevie-is-enabled-on-johnny/ (refused) Popen() will NEVER be supported on our services. If your software requires it, use different software. If you don't wish to do that, you are always welcome to find a paid host (no free hosting company offers this feature as far as I'm aware).
  2. Thanks ! I don't understand, my website is working. I just change the dns, I'm moving to ovh because I need more ressources. Heliohost was so good ! Now I have to leave :P/> /&--#62; FileZilla answer : on the internet : "http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/login/ is not responding" I could connect 1h ago during 10 minutes but now again down !It's working for me. Firewall issue possibly, but that 10 minutes where you could connect suggests otherwise. Stevie is working normally. You download it to your computer, then reupload it to the other host. It cannot be moved directly.
  3. We don't have it on Stevie according to phpinfo()... I'm not sure if installing this would be possible or not, escalating.
  4. We don't allow it for security reasons.
  5. You're probably blocked in the firewall if cPanel and FTP both don't work. Does your website work?
  6. The software we use for our website (Joomla with a custom theme) won't run on newer versions of PHP, and newer Joomla won't run our theme. It's also related to the lack of time for Krydos to do much on here. Cody doesn't have cPanel on it since it doesn't host user accounts and only runs the forum, wiki, and website (and I think some background stuff that's not related to any of the above), so updating it is not as important as servers that the general public can use. If anything gets an update, Stevie would likely get it before Cody does. For now, we're more 'It ain't broke, don't fix it.'
  7. Johnny is already running 5.5. There are no immediate plans to update Stevie (any update would come alongside a cpanel update).
  8. Install it manually. Softaculous is broken on Stevie.
  9. You might want to consider moving servers. You'll be better off on Stevie if uptime is important. Johnny is known for being unreliable due to load caused by the extra features and more lenient suspension policy, and the fact that it shares a server with our website and forum. Stevie's uptime is ~99%, Johnny is about 85%.
  10. The crashes don't happen as often on Johnny. I have accounts on both servers though, and do occasionally see mysql go down. The sad part is that even though mysql is more stable on Johnny, your website is down more often because of load.
  11. You were suspended for this: I'll escalate it for you.
  12. This is sadly normal for both servers here. I'm not sure if or when it'll ever be fixed. It's been broken for almost a year and a half. See http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/18875-stevie-mysql-common-questions-and-problems/ (it applies to Johnny too).
  13. Internet explorer is actually the broken one here. Chances are IE is either too old or too new. Try compatibility mode, or just keep using chrome. As for not receiving password emails, you use a yahoo email address. Yahoo currently has Stevie blacklisted, so you won't get any mail from us until Stevie's unblocked by spamhaus.
  14. Please clear your cache.
  15. It was just updated to 11.38, then 11.44. I can't see it being updated just because the newer version has a better looking UI skin. I bet most people here don't even use the other skins. Now, if there's actual bug fixes or some other reason to update it, it might be updated again. I'm not sure how much it's going to be updated, as there was absolutely no information given to us that it was even going to be updated at all.
  16. Stevie is blacklisted, so most major mail providers will reject mail sent from Stevie. I suspect this is what is happening, however unless you post the contents of the mailer daemon message, I can't tell for sure. The blacklisting happened because Stevie has a malware issue (cryptPHP) that has recurred. http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/21049-stevie-blacklisted/
  17. Please clear your cache.
  18. Try clearing your cache. It's working for me.
  19. You were suspended for high load. A high amount of traffic in a short period of time is a good way to get suspended for that, so that was likely the reason. We don't terminate users for high load unless they cause load repeatedly (3+ times) in a short period of time. As for it being unfair, it is standard practice for hosting companies to suspend users without warning, and entirely normal for you to be unable to log in while suspended. This is done for security reasons, primarily to prevent people who abuse the service for purposes like phishing from collecting their illegal data. Your account has been unsuspended. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.
  20. I'm not sure why the email listed your former domain, but the domain on that account is kartahrvatske.heliohost.org and it is working.
  21. That account is not suspended.
  22. Softaculous doesn't work on Stevie. You need to install Wordpress manually. See http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/18875-stevie-mysql-common-questions-and-problems/
  23. We cannot reset accounts. You need to delete your account here: http://www.heliohost.../scripts/delete Then you can sign up again.
  24. Do not bump your own posts, this is the second time I've had to tell you that. It can take a day or two for someone to respond here, we're all volunteers. Also, we work from the bottom up, so bumping actually makes it take longer to get a response in many cases. There is no answer to your question, since so many different things can cause suspension. If the forum software uses a lot of resources or sends too many emails, it's very possible you could get suspended.
  25. Have you tried another computer?
