  1. This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
  2. Krydos or Byron needs to fix it. I'll escalate it so krydos sees it.
  3. Your password for appload has been manually reset and sent to the email address on file for the account appload. Please log into your appload account using the password in that email, then back up your files, databases, and any other data you may want. When you're done, post here and I'll remove the appload account.

  6. That site is working fine for me. You're blocked by the firewall most likely. An admin can check and unblock you if needed.
  7. That's odd. Normally changing the cPanel password should fix PHPMyAdmin. Escalating.

  10. The first step is to change your cPanel password. Do that here: http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/passwd/index.html After that, check to see which databases are visible in phpmyadmin. If any of your databases are missing, post a list of the ones that aren't visible so Krydos can restore them for you. Once they're restored (or if they're already visible), go here: http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/sql/index.html and delete and recreate your database users. Be sure to use the database password found in your software's configuration file (for WordPress, it's wp-config.php). Then reassign each user to its databases. If you don't know what privileges to grant, select "All privileges".
  11. No we can't, because we don't have one either. If you deleted the databases as it sounds like you may have, you need to rebuild your site from scratch. You were only supposed to delete the database users, not the databases. If you didn't delete it but its missing, let me know the name of the database so it can be reassigned to you.
  12. You're in the same boat as everyone else. What is the database name?

  16. Not sure what's wrong then. Moving to customer service.
  17. Change your cPanel password, then log out, clear your cache. After that, log in and see if it works.

  23. Funny you asked this so close to the (unknown) repair date... This support should be restored now.
