  1. I was the one who emailed you back earlier. You've been unsuspended. If you still see a suspended page, please clear your cache.
  2. Delete your account: http://heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/delete Then Wait 24 hours, then sign up on Stevie.
  3. It isn't registered anymore. Dot tk is notorious for randomly canceling people's domains without notice (and sometimes demanding payment to get it back.) I lost 3 tk domains that way, gave up and bought a .com and never looked back. Their own whois service shows that they cancelled it on you (and they seem to ignore support requests unless its for issues with giving them money...). Sometimes you can re-register it, sometimes you can't. Try registering again, and if it says "already taken" then you'll need a new domain. From their site: Your account looks fine on our end. You need a new domain. Once you get a new domain, you can change your main domain using the script on our website, or you can post it here and I can change it for you.
  4. You've been unsuspended.
  5. There's been some discussion behind the scenes about it. I'd like to see it too. For now, if you're dying to use a secured connection, you need to use old software. Really old versions of Thunderbird do work properly here (v31.7 and older). Outlook 2010 also works.
  6. That domain is not registered. You need to register that domain on dot.tk's website and specify "custom nameservers" of ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. Your hosting account soumik is active on Johnny and should be working. Even though your website won't work until you register the domain, set the nameservers, and wait 24-48 hours, you should be able to log into your control panel through the form on heliohost.org. Finally, not receiving any email is quite normal. Many email providers discard our email without delivering it, or flag it as spam. Gmail usually flags us as spam, so check in your spam folder for the welcome email.
  7. That account is not suspended. I see a MyBB installation. Please clear your cache.
  8. I see an NXDOMAIN error, so the DNS hasn't been set up yet. Johnny can take a long time to set up accounts due to frequent high load and downtime (last I checked, uptime was a pathetic 53%...you may wish to consider Stevie).
  9. Change your cPanel password again, and make sure you check the "Synchronize MySQL password" option. Log out and in, and check again. If it still does not work, I'll escalate it for you. PHPMyAdmin is working fine on Stevie right now, so the issue is with your account.
  10. Well, Johnny does go down a lot. Uptime is like 53%. If you need something that's actually up when you need it, Stevie is where you belong. Anyway, that account hasn't had its DNS processed yet, and I sometimes see Johnny take days to do things that should happen in 24 hours. I see an NXDOMAIN error from Chrome, the account itself is active. As of this post, Johnny is up. Inability to log into cPanel is odd though. If Johnny is up, it should work. Can you try from another internet connection (e.g. a cell phone data plan)? If it works, I'll have an admin check the firewall for you.
  11. I don't think too many people use Python here, so odds are you won't find much help. Most of us are PHP guys. Is there any other error information besides a line number?
  12. I see it on my iPad, but not on my PCs pale moon...weird. Cp must not be compable with that (its FF 27-based, so outdated...). Guess I'm using IE on my PC for cpanel then. Thanks for that.
  13. You were suspended for high load. Most likely net2ftp is too heavy to run here. You've been unsuspended.
  14. Try again without SSL. As for your earlier attempt using thunderbird, thunderbird is not supported when secure settings are used due to an artificial restriction imposed by Mozilla (it'll work with unencrypted connections only).
  15. Glad to hear its working @tjoene: That checkbox no longer exists. It always changes now.
  16. Change your cpanel password then log out and in again.
  17. We send an email when it happens. The problem is that many email providers discard our email or flag it as spam since we've been known have issues with spambots on occasion. Because we haven't had much success with email, I'm not sure if this would be worth it.

If you're on Stevie, you probably hit the process limit. Check to see if a php script runs while you're getting the error. Odds are you'll get a 500 error. If on Johnny, the server is likely overloaded. The solution on Stevie is to use MySQL instead (it's not affected by the process limit), if on Johnny, you just have to try again later or move to Stevie.
  19. This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
  20. The account has not been created yet. It's still queued. You can't log into an account that has not been made. You can check its creation status here: http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/status As of this post, you're number 13 in line.
  21. You need to delete your account then register again on Johnny. You can delete your account here: http://heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/delete
  22. I was going to suggest an error callback if it timed out since I know some of our stuff is jquery, but just realized the renew form is a form in an iframe and not ajax... Thanks for looking into it anyway.
  23. Is this issue also affecting your website, or is it just the control panel that won't work?
  24. Your password has been reset, tested, and emailed to the address on file for the account jperana.

    Johnny Up

This forum and heliohost.org are hosted on the same physical hardware as Johnny. When Johnny's load spikes, it brings down the website and forum along with Johnny. Unless we get a new server, there's not too much that can be done about it. If Johnny doesn't act up, the forum and website won't act up. Johnny goes down due to being overloaded. In fact, his uptime is only ~70-80%, which is terrible far as uptime goes. The issue is caused by the additional features, higher CPU/RAM allowance per account, Java support, and significantly higher number of accounts among other things.
