  3. Your databases are likely invisible, and your database users are gone. What's the database name? Once Krydos restores it, you need to delete the database user for wordpress then create it again. Use the password found in wp-config.php when making the users, and be sure to assign it to the database after you create it.

  5. This is not supported. I'll escalate it, but I'm not sure if we can actually support this or not. I won't be surprised if it's intentionally disabled for load reasons or the like.

  8. Try changing your cPanel password, then logging out and back in. PhpMyAdmin works fine for me. As for database restoration, the 0MB size is normal. All mine are 0, but definitely have data. Once you get into PHPMyAdmin, what are the names of the databases? Are any missing from PhpMyAdmin but still listed in cPanel?
