  1. It got suspended for cron again. Make sure you delete the job if it's not already gone. The server is supposed to remove it for you. Unsuspended again
  2. Yep, 4 cron jobs. The most you can run is 2 per day, so if you only have a single job, it can't run any more frequently than once every 12 hours. Your account has been unsuspended.
  3. @karambolis8-2: Your request has been moved here: http://www.helionet....ases-invisible/ @J.P.Galtry: Your request has been moved here: http://www.helionet....atabase-issues/ The issues this topic describes have since been repaired. Please post all requests for invisible databases, PHPMyAdmin, or other MySQL issues in a new topic in customer service.
  4. I'm assuming this is your site: http://cyturralde.tk/ That domain is working fine, please clear your cache.
  5. This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
  6. The renew script didn't work because you were suspended for spam. Krydos will have more information.
  7. @Krydos: Got this PM today, can you fix this user?
  8. A never-used, inactive Stevie account from April was blocking you. Try now.
  9. I'm using FTP, and telling it to "Use Explicit FTP over TLS if available." Host is my main domain, rax.heliohost.org, which I've always used for FTP since I've been here. If I ignore the certificate expiration notice and proceed anyway, it does connect fine. "Require Explicit FTP over TLS" gives the same error, and "Require Implicit FTP over TLS" doesn't work at all. I have 2 PCs doing this. It's not FileZilla's issue either, I just tried WinSCP since I have it for something else, and it also got the expired certificate. WinSCP had never been used for FTP over TLS before this attempt, so it definitely isn't a saved certificate.
  10. Johnny Softaculous is working normally for me. I'm able to surf around in it and view details and demos for plenty of software. The content published in Softaculous is not controlled by us, so if a specific program is not working or is not installing, it is an issue with their service, not us. It looks fine as of a few minutes ago: https://www.dropbox.....52.40.png?dl=0
  11. Here's a connection from a few minutes ago: https://www.dropbox.....44.13.png?dl=0 Are you sure the server isn't still using the old certificate? Both of my clients definitely didn't receive the new one.
  12. Generally there is not. I'll escalate it and see if krydos can do something.

  14. The database sizes in cpanel don't work right in many cases. Mine all say 0 but have plenty of data. Verify the data exists using phpmyadmin. If you cannot get into phpmyadmin, change your cpanel password, then log out and back in, and try again. If the database is not showing in phpmyadmin, let me know and I'll escalate this for you.
  15. Change your cpanel password, then log out and back in to fix phpmyadmin. I'll escalate the so the databases can be fixed.
  16. I'll escalate this and let Krydos decide since I'm not sure where this one falls. Not agreeing with the site's content is not grounds to have it removed though. The terms of service are here: http://wiki.helionet.org/Terms Unless this qualifies as illegal or copyright infringement, I don't see anything in the TOS linked above that actually prohibits hosting that here. We do try to avoid censoring content.
  17. You can cancel your account by deleting it here: http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/delete

  19. Stevie's Softaculous is working fine, I'm unable to test Johnny at the moment because he is currently down due to load. Which server are you on?

  22. You just registered this morning. Johnny accounts can take multiple days to become fully active.
