    @ziad87: I'm fairly certain he doesn't own the domain and doesn't realize he needs to buy it (which he can't since someone else owns it already). I can't prove it though since the domain in question has cloudflare. (Off topic...CF really needs to offer a way to see what servers are on the other side of it...even if its something you registered for / is provided for companies with reason to see it e.g. hosting, security companies, etc.).

    In that case, you can't. Most domains are NOT free. Domains are something you actually need to purchase from a company called a registrar. Since someone else already owns that domain, you can't use it. You need to find another domain. Perhaps you want to check out freenom.com, they're a registrar that lets people use various domains for free. Once you're able to register/buy a domain, you can change the domain on your hosting account here: http://heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/domain

    Every domain on Ricky uses that same IP address. Are you trying to use the IP to access the site? If so, that's why it doesn't work. You must use the domain name. I see this on your domain: https://imgur.com/a/ZjB27Mb (there was a flash movie playing in the black spot at the top). If the issue was with our service, I'd see a queued page, and if it was with your registrar, I'd see either a DNS error or a queued page (depending on the issue). Since I'm able to view the site, the issue is not with our services but rather your PC or your ISP. Try a different browser and internet connection (e.g. a cell phone on its data plan) and see if it works.

    More than likely it's either stale cache or misconfigured DNS. What domain is having the problem?
  16. We don't support mongodb. We only offer MySQL and Postgres. If you're running the mongo server externally, our firewall will prevent the connection unless it's been explicitly requested that the port opened. Please note that we generally try to avoid opening ports, so changing the database server's port is the preferred solution as opposed to us changing our firewall configuration.
  17. Not sure whether the wildcard ceritificate will work or not (you can try), but I do know you have to add the subdomains to cpanel one by one, then install the certificate for each of them. Adding the subdomain to cpanel does certain things in the Apache configuration that are required for the subdomains to work properly.

  20. All of these issues are due to you trying to use SSL. cPanel can't handle SSL with wildcard subdomain DNS. The only solutions are these: Add each subdomain you create to cPanel, then let it install a valid certificate via AutoSSL which should happen within 24 hours (this isn't compatible with forced HTTPS unless you add an exception for the .well-known folder so that folder can be accessed over plain HTTP).Just use plain HTTP for everything.
