Domains currently can only be added by a moderator or root admin. This functionality will return in the future but there isn't an ETA for it. -

Also have you tried clearing your browsers cache? I'm getting a 403 error when accessing your site instead of the default page.

The install by default will be located in the root directory of your domain, not /wp or /wordpress. Also did you remember to remove the default index.html that plesk adds to your domains root directory?
