Domains are automatically disabled if they are not hosted with us (having an A and/or AAAA record pointing somewhere else other than our service) if you are just using our service as an email or database service then an exception can be added to your account in the system so it won't keep disabling your domains. The reason we do this is to try to conserve server resources.

Main domain changed. it can take up to 2 hours for the new domain to start working. Since changing a domain has a risk of data loss, you can download a backup of your account before the domain was changed at https://heliohost.org/backup

I see that your account was recently reset. This is a known issue with accounts that get reset, Krydos would need to fix the issue for you. In the meantime you can use the Plesk file manager to upload and download files. -
Your account will not be marked as inactive if you login at https://heliohost.org/login. The login requirement is to make sure we aren't hosting abandoned accounts which waste server resources.

We cannot remove this domain without resetting your account as this is set as your main domain. we can also change it to something else if you'd like if you don't want to reset your account. -
A root admin can point this domain to your VPS IP address. You can set it to any domain you want as long as you own it and is accessible, free subdomains can be set as the hostname as well.

Please do not spam 3 emails on the same issue. Someone will assist you when they can, spamming just pushes your request further back rather than solving it faster. -

For clarification, cloudflare keeps throwing a gateway timeout error which means the software you are using is too heavy for the site to load. For example Wordpress is notorious for this.
