The account had just now finished unarchiving. That message displays after a few minutes but the account will still continue to unarchive in the background.

We don't offer VNC integration. You can install it yourself however it will have major performance issues.

We cannot change the nameservers for your domain. You would need to do that at the registar that issued the domain for you. What subdomain do you want? We offer free heliohost.us and helioho.st subdomains.
