  3. You can generate an ssl certificate automatically in plesk under ssl/tls settings.
  4. That's normal for cloudflare. It creates A records on 2 ip addresses automatically.

  6. Yes you can install a certificate. You don't need to add a record for it, it will do all of that work for you.

  8. Yes it still works. Emails sent to that email address should show up here in the forums under Customer Service>Email Support.
  9. The 2022 domain doesn't have a certificate installed at all. It's using the default Plesk self-signed certificate.
  10. You can get a new certificate issued through the ssl settings. Unless the other ssl certificate has the 2022 domain listed on the alternative names for the certificate, it won't work. You will get an ssl error. It's not because of the numbers in the domain.
  11. An admin can tell you why you were suspended. Wordpress can cause high load which can get your account suspended. If you necessarily need to use wordpress, i recommend using caching plugins or just coverting it to HTML all together.

  13. You can use something like Hestia or keyhelp. Both which are free. And it doesn't cost anything for someone to help set it up.

  18. Have you checked your spam folder? A lot of emails from heliohost are put into spam by a majority of email providers, more specifically gmail. If you didn't get it, an admin can send another one.
  19. You can view your account status at https://heliohost.org/status/ there isn't a feature to where you can view a "plan status." The email probably went to spam, an admin can send you another invite.

  21. But if you were just using someone else's account with their permission, i wouldn't think that it would violate the multiple accounts rule.
  22. An admin can remove the domain, as for the alts thing i can't tell you much, Krydos can tell you.
  23. Why do you need ZeroSSL? You can just issue a Let's Encrypt SSL certificate through plesk.
