Tommy and Johnny both have Python and Django support. But you would need to watch your account load when using it. You could also get a VPS to avoid load suspensions and give you more customization of your software.

That's a wolstech question. I know a lot about windows but i rarely use IIS. He could tell you way more than i could.

wolstech can create an account for you when he is back on. Just to inform you that right now you can only manage your account through FTP. But Plesk may be added to Lily in the future which would make it a lot easier to manage your account that way.

The gateway timeout error could have been Apache doing a scheduled restart. Which is also normal.

The 403 forbidden error was perfectly normal. It just meant that you didn't have an index page.
