i created a new backup with the website directory inside it. Now Krydos just needs to upload it into the backup system so you can download it.

Check the backups we made of the files and see if that's everything that you need. you can download it from here: https://heliohost.org/backup/ the backup is under the cdd- email instead of the botw- email.

Yes your VPS was hacked and started bruteforcing SSH on random servers. A rebuild is mandatory to continue using your VPS.

Domain added. it can take up to 2 hours to start working. You can find the IP for the domain in Plesk under the dropdown menu for that domain.

No you should be fine. the 503 errors were from webmail being enabled on every account on the server.

Webmail was disabled by default on Tommy due to the 503 errors. you can enable it again by going in Plesk > Dropdown under your domain > Mail > Mail settings. it will be under Webmail.
