  1. That's from this page http://wiki.helionet...Site_statistics There really isn't a way for you to see when you last logged in. I suppose you could edit a file every time you log in, and then next time you can look at the last modified date of that file you always edit. As far as resetting your account to the way it was when you started, the only way to do that is to delete your account using this tool http://www.heliohost.../scripts/delete and then once it's fully deleted create your account again http://www.heliohost.org/home/signup.
  2. Please post the following information: Your cPanel username Your main domain The server that you are on
  3. Your account was suspended for inactivity, because the last time you logged in was September 28th. To reactivate your account, please visit http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew. If you are still seeing the Account Suspended page after renewing your account, please clear your cache. -- Please spare a few minutes to take our brief survey: http://feedback.helionet.org/ Your participation in this survey is greatly appreciated.
  4. I don't unsuspend accounts. You'll have to wait for an admin that does such as cl58, Byron, tjoene, iceitsupport, etc. I was just trying to help you understand why your account is suspended again, and if they decide to give you a third chance what you can do to prevent it from happening again.
  5. Can you post a link to the script that is experiencing this error?
  6. As Shin already quoted you were told how to fix this issue on October 12th and your account was given a second try on the condition that you would fix the problem. You obviously didn't fix it an now you're suspended again.
  7. What time did this error occur, on which server, and is it still happening? It looks like it should be related to an issue that was solved about 7 hours before you posted this topic.
  8. Please clear your cache.
  9. It's fixed. Surprise, surprise, it was the same malicious user filling the entire partition as last time. He's suspended now.
  10. Well, since you won't provide any specifics I can't provide a specific answer, but in general to forward emails you follow this procedure: Log into your heliohost account at http://heliohost.org/ Click the button labeled "Email Accounts". Locate the email address you want to forward from, and click more. Click "Access Webmail" from the drop down menu. Type in the password for that email account, and press enter to log in. Click "Forwarding Options". Click "Add Forwarder". Type in the email address to want to forward all mail to, and click "Add Forwarder". There are faster ways to get to that same screen, but the steps above will work for both servers.

  12. Your account has been manually unsuspended. If you still see the suspended page then you should try clearing your browsers cache. -- Please spare a few minutes to take our brief survey: http://feedback.heliohost.org/ Your participation in this survey is greatly appreciated.
  13. Your account isn't suspended. If you're still seeing the suspended page don't forget to clear your cache. If you can't log in try resetting your password here http://johnny.heliohost.org:2082/

  15. You're at 446 MB now so your account won't be suspended again for using too much space as long as you don't exceed 500. The system allows you to temporarily exceed the limit when you create backups, but if you don't delete the backup files after you download them you will eventually end up suspended for exceeding your disk space quota.
  16. The number of accounts with java enabled was once again getting dangerously close to the maximum that the server could support, but since inactivity suspensions were enabled last night at midnight the number of accounts with java enabled has already dropped by about 35%. We have considered creating some sort of script that would keep track of which accounts were actively using java so we could remove it from an account that was active but haven't done anything with it to make room for people who would actually use it, but for now java being removed from accounts that are suspended for inactivity seems to be keeping the number at a reasonable level. It's definitely a valid concern though. EDIT: Between when I started typing this post and when I clicked submit more accounts were suspended and even more java was removed so it's down about 43% now, and one new person requested java.
  17. Are you ready for the cromarko account to be deleted then?
  18. Use addon domains. We allow an unlimited number of addon domains and each one is its own separate website.
  19. That username and/or domain is not located on our system. Most likely it was deleted due to inactivity. Feel free to create a new account and restore any backup data you may have, because Heliohost does not keep any backups of your data once your account has been deleted. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we have to automatically delete inactive accounts to make room for users who are still active otherwise our servers would soon be overloaded. To prevent this from happening again in the future don't forget to log into your account at least once every 30 days.
  20. Since this service monitor seems to not exist anymore I am unpinning this thread. Perhaps someone should make a service monitor to monitor the service monitors... or not.

  22. The total disk usage of both accounts adds up to about 328 MB. Why can't you combine your accounts into one?

  24. LMGTFY: http://www.oracle.co...faq-097353.html Keep in mind that Heliohost does not have oracle database. We have MySQL, Postgresql, or sqlite http://www.heliohost.org/home/features/databases so you'll have to find some external oracle database to connect to.
  25. Your account was created 2 hours and 10 minutes ago. Here is what your email told you: You've got 21 hours and 50 minutes until the email would suggest you shouldn't see the queued message.
