Must've already done it. .-. DO I need a sub-domain to make a addon domain work? Because I'm getting a 404 not found when I access splusdev.tk , but in the filemanager I have the index.php file. ?

If it is on like a .tk domain I still need to delete it?? ok I have read is a couple of times and I'm gonna do it. the account I'll delete is splusftw -> http://splusdev.tk my account is stephan -> http://onetechie.tk and I want to use http://splusdev.tk as addon domain for 'stephan' (just thought I'd re-say/-phrase that) thanks for helping!

Hi all! Just a query/question. A community (which I belong to) has created an account here a while back. I am the only one now still contributing to it, so now I would like to delete the account and place that site on mine as an addon domain. Now my question, can I do this (I have the files and stuff locally)?? Would heliohost allow me to use the url in the addons panel, or do I have to delete the account first and then wait a bit? Thanks for your help! ps. I also want to do it because I feel guilty that the site only uses about 7MB and it really wastes the whole 500MB that is allowed.

Hi, I was doing the website contest voting and I saw this: It is either hacked, or he/she just doesn't want to compete any more. :o/&--#62; I'm guessing it was a vaunribility (cant spellz) in the software that it ran and not heliohost, because your awesome. what caused the downtime anyway?? For a while now, the server load had been 40+, I've even seen it go to 54... You know what's causing it?

Hi, yesterday I remembered that I needed to ftp to my site. After about 2 log-in attemps(which both failed) I logged in at heliohost. I them got the message below: I waited about 3 minutes and I was able to log in. I just thought it was becouse of the ftp failed logins, so I went on into the file manager to upload it from there. It 'kicked me out' saying the same message. After a while, I was able to login again, this time I imedialty changed my password, and saw that my email address was outdated, becouse co.cc doesn't exist anymore. It kicked me out again so I don't know if the changes were saved. Since then I wasn't able to log in at all. The last time I loged in yesterday was about 6 pm (Timezone +2) I tried logging in today at about 11:45 am. Still the same. I have tried the renewal script, it sais that my account is active. Server: Stevie Username: Stephan Email: admin@onetechie.cu.cc ( only changed the co.cc to cu.cc ) My password is suppose to be just numbers. ( I know its is bad, but it was only suppose to be temorary till I can think of another password) ps. I just realised how clever I am, changing the email address to an account I can't access...
