Your files have been sent to you, and your Johnny account has been manually deleted. Feel free to create your Stevie account. Before you can create your Stevie account the records of your Johnny account have to be deleted. This includes the MX records that are currently sending your emails to GoogleApps. Once your Stevie account is created it will once again have the default MX record of Heliohost email, and you will need to reenter your GoogleAppsMX records using this link http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/mail/mx.html You have two options Create your Stevie account using the email domain that you are creating. I will probably work just fine, and as long as you set up the MX records correctly and quickly enough (probably within a few days) you shouldn't lose any emails. Create your Stevie account using some other email address, and then change your contact email http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/contact/index.html once everything is set up correctly and online. Options 2 is the safe route. Yes, since you have custom MX records your email continued to work because our authoritative nameservers for your domain weren't affected by the downtime on Johnny. Had you not been using GoogleApps for your email then you would have also lost your emails while Johnny was offline.

[Solved] Keep My Account On Johnny Buy Give Me A Backup.

Try adding your parked domain now. -
Your request cannot be processed because your Helionet forum account verified email does not match the email address that the account you are asking for was created with.

The domain blissful-psychosis.com is set up to load the contents of /home1/night/public_html/ The reason you're having a problem is because this change was made about 8 hours ago. Domains take 24 hours or less to show changes that you have made. That means that in the worst case scenario you should expect the server to continue looking in the old location for 24 hours after you made the change. For future reference -- or if you see this message soon enough -- you could have made this change seamless by leaving the same files in /home1/night/public_html/blissful-psychosis.com/ so whichever folder apache goes to look for the domain it works without errors, and then sometime in the 24 hours after you made the change apache would automatically switch to the new folder and visitors to your site would be none the wiser.

Your Helionet validated email address still does not match the account that you are requesting data from. If you wish to prove that you own the account that you are requesting data from you must change your current Helionet contact email address http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?app=core&module=usercp&tab=core&area=email to the email address matching the Heliohost account you are claiming, or you must create a new forum account that uses the email address that the Heliohost account was created with. In both cases the forum will send a validation link to that email address that you must click in order to prove that the email address belongs to you. Sorry for the inconvenience, but we can't just hand out potentially sensitive and private data to just anyone who asks for it. You have to prove that it is your data.

You've got two options: 1. Change your Helionet email address and validate it to match te account your requesting a backup from. 2. Wait for Johnny to come back online and create your own backup.

That's just the command, but you didn't list the times and frequency that I was really interested in.

Yes, once Johnny is online just click this link http://johnny.helioh...ckup/index.html then scroll down to the header "Download a MySQL Database Backup" and select the database you want to save. We recommend you backup your site's files and databases regularly. Also note that the full backup is mostly worthless to users, and if you create one you'll have to extract just the parts you need from it yourself because there is no way for users to automatically restore from a full backup.
-
...that's because your scripts recreate it when it's missing. Why not edit your scripts first to not access or create that directory, and then delete it yourself? It doesn't matter if an admin deletes it or if you delete it, since your script checks for its existence and remakes it if it's missing.

Your request cannot be processed because your Helionet forum account verified email does not match the email address that the account you are asking for was created with. Nobody has said anything about losing any files. In fact all of the news posts have said that all the files are still intact -- that's why we're able to give out backups -- the only problem is the server is offline and users can't access their own files. As soon as the server is fixed you will have access to your files again.

If you want your files now, you can have them. If you want a copy of your database export, you have to wait for Johnny to come back online. If you want to create an account on Stevie, you need to delete your Johnny account first. Just tell us what you want.

Compare https://bretthadley.com/ which has SSL enabled to https://krydos.tk/ which doesn't have SSL enabled. I think you might actually be asking how to force visitors who type in http://bretthadley.com/ to use https://bretthadley.com/ instead. If that is the case I would recommend using .htaccess to do this.
