For thoroughness I'll answer this other question you had that got buried in the rest of the domain confusion. No, forum accounts and hosting accounts are completely separate. You can create a forum account without having a hosting account, and you can create a hosting account without having a forum account. However, if you require any sort of support for your hosting account then you need to log into a validated forum account to let us know what the issue is. Some other free hosting services require you to have a forum account, or even make a certain minimum number of posts per month to maintain your free account, but here at Heliohost you'll find that we are quite different from the typical free hosting.

firm.tk isn't queued, please clear your cache. As far as subdomains go, if you visit http://johnny.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/subdomain/index.html you can see that the second field is the path to the subdomain root, which can be a directory in your public_html if you wish.

Your IP was blocked by Stevie on February 5th for 382 incoming FTP connections. Usually that large of number of FTP connections indicates a brute force attempt. Your IP address has been unblocked, and you should now be able to log in and see your website. Let us know if you're still having problems connecting to services on Stevie. That said, is this normal behaviour for your account? It's fine if it is; just let us know why you will be having so many FTP connections, whether your IP address changes often, and a rough estimate of how many FTP connections per day we can expect to see from your IP address and we can adjust the automated systems accordingly.

Alright, your account has been unsuspended, but you are now throttled to one email sent per hour, or twenty-four per day. Any emails that are attempted to be sent in excess of the one per hour limit will not leave the server and simply put a failure message in your inbox. Even with this limit I still recommend putting a great deal of effort into fixing your site. You've been suspended for malware twice, and spam email three times now. Someone is obviously exploiting some vulnerability in your code to gain access to your account. Everything your account does is your responsibility, and if your account breaks any rules or gets malware files again it will be suspended again.

Good to know. There was a user from Africa a while back that had some completely wonky ISP; for whatever reason this crazy ISP would randomly change his IP address every couple minutes, and it was wreaking havok on his Johnny account because the system was assuming someone was session jacking him. I was wondering if the same thing would happen with multiple users logging into the same account. I guess you're fine as long as you don't use the same session ID from a new IP address.

Deployed. http://infopar.heliohost.org/webCat/ The files you listed weren't actually in the log folder, but had the username log\\webCat.log and log\\webCat.log.lck and I deleted them anyways. Keep in mind that in unix environments directory slashes are forward, ie: /home/infopar/public_html/webCat/log/webCat.log not backslashes like in windows environments, ie: c:\windows\sucks.exe

The domain campusconnect.heliohost.org belongs to an account that was suspended for inactivity September 20th. When did you create the account ksugroup?

There was a user abusing MySQL on Stevie. He is suspended now. Let me know if you are still seeing MySQL issues.

Your account is not suspended. Have you tried clearing your cache? I've never tested it, but I suspect that if multiple people are logged into cPanel at the same time it would probably prevent log ins, log out the other instances of the same account, or flag your account with brute force protection. I would suggest using FTP to log in simultaneously because you can have as many FTP connections open at once to the same account as you wish, or you could create restricted FTP accounts that only have access to portions of your account. I would coordinate with your other group members so that only one person is logged into the cPanel interface at a time, or maybe designate a team leader that will have access to cPanel while the rest just log in via FTP. Just some ideas to help you out, but your account definitely isn't suspended.

Actually, it's amazing what a paid host will let you get away with. There's something about someone giving you money that makes you hesitate to upset them. It's the greed of capitalism working in your benefit for once. Of course regardless of which host you use it doesn't hurt to upload your files as a false positive. I know I wouldn't install something on my computer if virus scanners said it was bad, and I'm sure a lot of other people wouldn't either. The only reason to not upload your files as false positives is if they are actually viruses, and you know it.

Port 2082 is cPanel. If you want to connect to MySQL you need to use the MySQL port which is 3306.

Your account was resuspended for failure to take care of the malware problem during your allotted 24 hour period. The offending files have been deleted, and your account has been manually unsuspended. If you still see the suspended page then you should try clearing your browsers cache. There is nothing wrong with our virus scanner. Heliohost is not in the business of developing antivirus protection. We are in the webhosting business, and we use a well respected antivirus software to make sure that our users aren't hosting malware and viruses. Another user had a similar issue as you where he compiled an executable that was detected as a virus. Instead of ignoring the warning and insulting us for things that are hardly our fault he actually read the unsuspension message and used the link provided for reporting false positives. If you don't want to go look at your other thread again I'll even post the link for you again here http://cgi.clamav.net/sendvirus.cgi The other user I'm referring to uploaded his false positive file and a few days later it was no longer showing up as being a virus. If your file isn't a virus as you claim feel free to upload it using the link provided. If they determine it is indeed harmless the virus definitions will be updated and it will no longer trigger your account to be suspended.
