Like Shinryuu said, if you don't log into your account at least once every 30 days it will be suspended for inactivity, but in addition to that if you don't reactivate an inactive account it can end up deleted too. If you state what your username, domain, and server that you created your account with we can check to see if it's been deleted or not. Otherwise you might need to just create a new account.

Yeah, Stevie cPanel is working fine. It sounds like you may have port 2082 blocked in your firewall. Does this link work for you to login? It uses port 80 instead of port 2082. http://cpanel.fonehelp.heliohost.org/

Webmail is just a client to view your email. So, did installing a webmail on your account do what you were describing?

Your topic wasn't closed it was marked as solved, and then when you said that the password didn't work the solved flag was removed indicating that the issue wasn't resolved and there was still work needing to be done in that thread. I see that your old account has been deleted, and a new account with the same information has been created. Furthermore, I see that your site is no longer displaying 403 errors so whatever the problem was recreating your account and/or restoring your site from a backup fixed it. I have several accounts for testing, all of which have email addresses that were created specifically to make that account and I've never used those email addresses for anything other than creating that one account, and I've never received any emails other than the registration emails. Furthermore, Heliohost does not sell or trade any email addresses or any other personal information we receive. So you think the entire system is hacked just because of one email you received?
